Oct 25,2017I would like to say this company are very knowledgable and experienced when it comes to sewing machines. I’m a sole trader and work from home. I approached this company to invest in an industrial sewing machine. The company put me at ease and knew exactly which machine I needed. The support I’ve had from Gary and Fay with my inexperienced machining was and is super. This family company offers support from experienced staff. I would not go anywhere else. Hopefully I will be back in the future when I expand! 😉

Oct 18,2017Their customer service is very helpful, they helped me re-order a product I was looking for that wasn't on the website, and put it on especially so I could make the purchase. Delivery charges were very reasonable, and I had the items the very next day, which was faster than I had expected. All in all delighted with the company, both this time and on previous occasions when they have been equally helpful.

Jun 01,2017Its getting harder to find a reliable sewing machine repair company to repair or maintain industrial sewing machines.Yes there are some companies, usually a one man band,nothing wrong with that, but do they have the experience and knowledge. Not the couple I had the misfortune to try before I found AE Sewing machines on a Google search. You would hope not to have to call out a mechanic in the first place of course, but if you do you can't go wrong with AE Sewing.

Aug 15,2016Spent several hours trawling the internet for parts the manufacture of the machine quoted some 40 days. AE Sewing Machines supplied the same part with in 5 days enabling the machine to put back in to service. The on line chat service really helped clarify what part we needed. I would recommend AE Sewing to anybody looking for sewing machine parts however minor the service provided was excellent .
