I was supplied with a tracking number and was very impressed at how well the machine had been packed to ensure it wouldn't be damaged in transit. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Apr 10,2014We found Advance Enterprises when looking for a walking foot industrial machine for our vintage car restoration business. We had been looking at buying a second-hand machine but after finding Advance Enterprises on an internet search we telephoned and spoke to Rhys Gerrard. He was friendly and polite and wanted to have full details of what we did so that he could best advise us on what machine would suit our needs. He then suggested a Global one at a very competitive price. We had one or two more conversations before buying the machine, but it was never a problem to speak to Rhys himself so felt there was good continuation and customer service. The machine arrived all tested, set up and ready to sew and is a real beauty. Our trimmer loves how quiet it is and the control that the motor gives (we went for the slightly more expensive one).
