I bought my sewing machine from John and the team and they were fantastic. I have had it for about 2 months and it’s fantastic. It has saved me so much time compared to my old one. They also fitted a little laser to help align my fabric in the spot. Something they have not done before and it is awesome. Service was fast and they deilivered ahead of schedule and on the day I asked. Couldn’t ask for better after sales service. When I have a query I send a message and John replys very quick to keep me going. Thanks guys

We would especially like to thank Rhys for his non stop support from day one and Lewis, they have both been above and beyond. We found everyone super friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, everything was explained and simplified nothing to confuse. They sorted out our delivery with no fuss and cleared up a minor problem with ease and confidence, which was down to the delivery company. This company and the staff have been second to none and we would highly recommend not only their product, namely in this case the auto cutting table. But the information given, the total support from beginning to end. The table is solid and oozes quality. The ease of contact was a breath of fresh air, I wish more would spend the time in an online chat box, and facetime that was so handy and made life a lot easier in assembling the table, "Diolch Rhys". - Tanya and Roger up north @Moonlake Designs Ltd.

I think this company and the staff are amazing they are so helpful and they listen to what you want and need; if they can't do it then no one can. I have purchased 4 industrial machines off this company and I will not go anywhere else A* for service; reliability; excellent machines the list is endless highly recommended one happy customer 😀😀😀😀. They are specialists in their own right if they haven't got what you need they can create it i am always amazed when I see what the have achieved and are achieving well done AE Sewing machines your awesome xxxxx thank you

Bought a machine from AE recently and it has been fantastic. Brilliant quality products for sale at a very fair price. The AE team has given me great, helpful support since buying the machine as well and I could not be more thankful! Great company, great staff!

AE Sewing Machines have provided me with impeccable service, from the start to the finish! I received excellent guidance from Fay upon my initial enquiries into purchasing a suitable machine to suit my business needs( upholstery)Ryhs then introduced me to a selection of machines providing demonstrations and information to consider. Finally I made my purchase and Gary delivered my machine and provided a lesson on using it. Couldn’t be happier. A friendly knowledgable business and very professional.

Bought a battery operated foam saw that took a while to arrive, but they kept me informed of events and offered an alternative or refund. After receiving the goods I requested a back-up battery,which they have sourced. Everyone I have spoken to are very professional, very polite and nothing is too much trouble for them.

This is an amazing company! We highly recommend it. The service is quick, reliable, incredibly helpful and friendly. Fay sorted out a teething problem for us that was totally our fault and she is obviously very experienced with a great knowledge of the product. So nice to hear a friendly voice not a machine! I first met the team from A-E Sewing machines at the Meet the Maker exhibition in London last year. I was very impressed with their knowledge and the machines they had on display. When I decided to invest in a couple of new machines I got quotes in from a few companies. I spoke to Rhys Gerrard on many occasions when he was able to advise me on my choice of machine, before making the 115 mile journey to go and visit them in Wrexham. Rhys collected me from the railway station ( didn’t need to get a taxi!). I then spent about 2 very enjoyable hours using the machines in their showroom on a variety of leathers to see which one would be the best for what I make. He then took me back to the station to get my train. His knowledge about the machinery was great. There wasn't a question I asked that he couldn’t answer. I placed the order the next day and the machines were delivered to me several weeks later on the date they said they would. The carrier had damaged the thread stand, I called Rhys to let him know and this was replaced FOC the very next day. No quibble. I have to say that on an investment of this size it is always a worry who you choose to be the supplier. I would strongly recommend A-E Sewing machines - a family run business. I have had to call on a few occasions about settings that I cannot understand from the manuals and my queries are always answered there and then. This is sewing machinery and customer service at it’s best. Look no further than A-E Sewing machines. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for the best customer service. For going all the way to create a YouTube video for me. They created a tutorial for me when l was stuck. They are by far the best for sewing machines. The fact that l got my help quickly as if we were in the same room through a video made me the happiest customer. I will be buying more machines from AE sewing machines. They are the best in town.

I only have a small, a bit old and for home, sewing machine. This company deal with very big industrial machines and I wondered at first if they would be bothered with fixing and servicing mine. I was delighted when I got through to Fay as she was so lovely and helpful. I took my machine in the next day and picked up the following day after that.(you can have it picked up and returned by the company at a reasonable fee) Amazing service and my machine has never run so smoothly! I will be taking in another of my machines as the price is right as well. If only all companies could run in this manner life would be so much easier and pleasant. Thanks to all but especially Fay.
