Very reliable inverter in regular use for last five years. Cooling fan was starting to get noisy and I wrote to customer service about getting a replacement fan. They wrote back that I could get one on Amazon (60mm x30mm with two wire connector). Very easy replacement via rear panel.

Somehow I purchased a modified sign wave inverter despite only looking at pure sine wave inverters on their website, I called to inquire about returning for exchange. I asked asked after I was told all the instructions. would aims pay the return shipping. I was told no. My thought are that I was charged 18.99 for shipping and that since it is questionable how I ordered the wrong inverter. A good PR move in this situation would have been to pay the return shipping( prob less than 10 bucks) and earn a loyal customer . but instead they decided it was best to just get a onetime order . I did want to buy a pure sign wave inverter. (they cost more) I wanted more than one. I feel that if they are that tight what if I have a real warranty issue.

I spoke to technical support and we received a control board and that was it. We know it is not guaranteed but we were able to provide a solution to our client. It is a reliable brand. I had an issue where I could not get the generator to charge the batteries. I had contacted 2 electrician and neither of them couldn't get it to work. One even told he finished get another electrician. After contacting aims where we shared information backwards and foward over a couple days I was able to get it sorted out. Thanks Tech from aims big shout out.

I had a question about bonding neutral to ground on my 3000 Watt inverter and the tech took the time to check with the engineers to find the answer for my specific situation.
I had a question about the 6000 WATT 240V split phase I bought a few years back. Being a novice to the exact workings of this device I sent a detailed description of what I thought the problem was. A tech responded quickly and addressed every concern I had. In short, electrical test equipment specifically meant for a normal home electrical system is not meant to test an inverter. In my case I was using a simple plug in type outlet tester. I explained the situation I thought I had and the engineer walked me through it.
