Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. Very friendly and funny sales team, understanding and professional customer service advisors, patient surveyors (we had at least 3!!) And the windows and French doors are of a top quality standard. The 2 window fitters who worked so hard deserve a medal. They were both polite and hard working, never stopped and cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards. I had their sales rep called Patrick come to give me a quote instead I felt traumatised and racially abused by him for being Asian.... worst experience of my life to be treated like that... when I called to complain about what happened i was made to feel that they dont care until I agree to place an order.... how do you expect an order if you are racially abusive to customers.

Jul 12,2022If I could give a 0 rating, I would. No end of issues and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The door has been "installed" for a year and still will not close properly. Door was supplied with the wrong lock and now the company refuse to replace as the paper work does not mention "thumb turn" (but doesn't mention a "key lock" either). Clearly stated when purchasing the door that a thumb turn was required. Even had their suppliers call me to query a "broken lock" but they won't even acknowledge third parties had been contacted. Numerous "engineers" have turned up to remeasure the door and fill in reports. Each time leaving it in a worse state than before. No one calls back when they say they will return your call (everyone has "already left for the day" or "isn't in the office right now"). I have wasted days waiting in for engineers that never show. Only to be called at 6pm on a Saturday to say that they "forgot". Also wasted days annual leave during the week to be home and still no one shows. When I phoned up to ask where people were, I have been told they tried to contact me and have rescheduled but I never even had a missed call or answerphone message. When I've asked about previous engineers visits, they say they are no longer with the company. I understand why! I still have no idea on how or when my door will be fixed. If you are thinking about using this company, look elsewhere. Update: PCN: NG5576 Update 13/12/22: Still not resolved... Constantly having to call back to make any progress on getting a door that closes. Frame was reinstalled but this has still not resolved the issue. This was over 10 weeks ago now. After not hearing anything over the last 3 weeks (again), I called back to chase, expecting to hear that the replacement unit was at least being manufactured. Turns out they needed even more measurements, another report and said a replacement had not even started. A customer shouldn't have to call to find out the company needs information! Everytime I call I'm told they've only been working there a couple of weeks and know nothing about my issues. I am still awaiting a phone call/email from a director that I am yet to receive. I will now update this review after every conversation to keep potential customers aware. Update 19/01/23 Yet again, never received a phone call back for over a month. I called today (19/01/23) to ask for an update, short answer, nothing to update and they are still in dispute with the manufacturer. Making note of this as I have been told I will get a call back within a week. Update 06/05/23 I had previously received a call saying my replacement door was being made and would be ready in February/March. Now in May, I haven't even had as much as a phone call or update. I didn't think the customer service could get any worse. If AWR actually read this, please contact me. Update 12/05/23 After not receiving any call back I had to call requesting an update today again. Apparently, my replacement door has been with AWR since February and they are unable to tell me why no one has called to arrange a fitting. Now booked in for June. Hopefully, I will have a working door after 2 years. I have requested a call back with an explanation as to why I haven't been contacted whilst they have been in possession of the door for over 2 months. I will update again if I do receive a call.

Aug 09,2022LS2985 I had windows fitted by these people they were the middle of 3 quotes so, as the quality seemed good, I gave them the contract. Contact with the office was patchy - If you didn't phone them they didn't phone you - red flag. Eventually the windows were fitted and even though the fitters were rushed - continually moaning of having to do too much - they did a good job. Then I got a quote for a new door with ancillary work - £2400.00 - contract signed and deposit paid, After 8 weeks of chasing them and two surveyor visits they come back to me to say they have misquoted and the new quote would be £3600.00 - a 50% increase! - contract not worth the paper it is printed on. All they would offer was a refund of my deposit - which after 2 weeks I am still waiting for - chargeback with my credit card company in progress. I have since had a quote from a local company at around the original price - order placed. Avoid like the plague! After the response from AWRL I would just point out that their salesman knew exactly what building work needed doing when he quoted for the work - fairly minimal, and was taken aback when I told him his company wanted an extra £1200.00 saying that I had a contract signed by himself and so it should be honoured.
