PCN NG6270 Still nothing from this company ,as stated on my earlier review about not having the 10 year warranty they said it was sent on the 5th October .Don't buy from this company they don't give you what you ordered we DID order a door with a letterbox and handle but they just keep denying it the contract isn't worth the paper it's written on it also has the word chrome on the contract and there's no chrome on the door so explain that awr.

Front Door and 3 Windows replaced at a very reasonable price. Door and windows fitted by two very efficient fitters within a few hours. Window insert at top of door wasn't available on the day but they fitted the old one and said it would be available and fitted within the week, which it was. Excellent quality of product and installation finish.

Informed company that I was unhappy with delays, last minute change of installation date by phone and more detailed complaint by email. Apart from them not accepting responsibility or apologising they chose to shout at me. When the installation was eventually done, the workman ship is atrocious and I have a snag list of 28 points. When I refused to pay the full amount until someone from the office came and saw the problem, again I was shouted at. Appointment then made for when my son was available as I felt bullied. They failed to come at all at the arranged time but sent the fitters back that had done the terrible job an hour before the appointment. As my son was still at work I wouldn't allow them entrance. The office phoned and again was intimidating and shouting. Fortunately I had a friend with me that heard the conversation. She was appaulled. I am a retired woman and feel they think they can take advantage as when my son deals with them he does not get spoken to in the same way. I have photographic evidence of the shoddy workmanship and will be taking this further. I feel you should be aware and distance yourself from the company that went into liquidation 2019, all the branches were disolved Feb 2022 (information from companies house) yet they are still trading and certainly on this occassion did not provide a service worth paying for. Since then company has asked for a PCN to identify which job. Surely that is a red flag. How many other dissatisfied customers did they have on that day that from the information given above they can't identify which job. Disgusting, no customer service and terrible workmanship. Another update; the company claim they sent a remedial team to sort the problems. False they sent the same person that fitted the door & windows and caused the problems in the first place. An appointment had been set up for my son to deal with this but the company chose to send a fitter rather than an inspector, an hour earlier than agreed when I was home alone. Yet another example of poor management & customer service. Information is available at companies house for all to see. I do not have to discredit this company as they are quite capable of that themselves, friends & family agree the work is not up to standard.

Previous review removed, installers took copies of documentation with PCN numbers as they had been given no paperwork for the works. Now found photographs with numbers - PCN Number LS2672 for roofing works and LS2673 for windows and doors. Both have issues. New Windows, doors and a porch roof installed a few of months ago. Back door won't lock in cold weather and roof leaks. Never been able to get through on the phone, just sit on hold. Was told several times about a 10 year guarantee that never arrived. No handover documentation, installation certificates and post works paperwork has been received, not even a receipt or invoice. Roof not installed to spec meeting building regulations, I paid extra for Kingspan which has not been installed. EPDM has been laid directly over OSB, screw heads are visible and appear to be beginning to penetrate the roof in some areas. It has not been bonded to the party wall, only folded over with cement and concrete copping used to weigh it down, so water works its way in even in light rainfall. Internally the plastering on the ceiling was prefect, it's a real shame about the water damage. Overall, I would not recommend all weather roofline.

This started when someone knocked on my door, when they said they could do cladding my ears perked up, as the only home owner around council properties, we stood out like a sore thumb! The salesman came out that evening, said they could match the neighbors and gave us a really good price, and took the deposit, this was in July 2022. The surveyor came round after a couple of weeks, and when I phoned head office after a month, they offered me the wrong colour completely. I threatened to pull my order and my local office got in touch saying they would bring the sample, by this time, we were in September. They couldn't match the colour, at all, and the order was cancelled. It then took a little over 2 weeks to get the deposit back. We won't be using them again, although I have to say, the original salesman was the only good thing about the company, he was always honest with us.

The 2 young men who installed my windows were competent, cheerful and really hard working. They made a very neat job of everything, tidied up really well and explained how to operate the windows really clearly. It was sometimes a bit difficult to get through on the phone to the company but when I did so, everyone I spoke to was really helpful. And when they arranged for people to visit, they turned up as agreed and again were very helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, A LYING FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO PROMISE A LOT BUT DELIVER NOTHING! THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER, THEN AND HOLD IT FOR A MONTH UNTIL THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT 14 WORKING DAYS LATER. Update 6th October 2022 Deposit has been returned earlier than expected. Reading the reply from All Weather Roofline leaves me somewhat confused as the initial sales representative said the building work of bricking up half a window wouldn't be an issue, then and the surveyor said it wouldn't be a problem because All Weather Roofline build conservatories and have all the skills needed ????? All the paperwork has it clearly listed and the agreed price reflected the building work????

I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. To cut a long story short after 7 visits I still do not have what I was promised from this company. They only came to fit 5 windows! I had emailed to complain but they were not interested. They had just slapped cement on the window sides that looked like a child had done it. They didn't even turn up one day as the lad had called in sick but they never phoned to advise me of this. They were due to come back and finish the brickwork and install a window board for me but the lad turned up not knowing about the board so couldn't do it.They do not communicate with their on site staff very well at all no one seemed to know what they were here for. When I refused to pay my small outstanding balance because of the service I had received and the amount of time i had wasted...7 days..I was told that the installer wasn't allowed to leave until I paid the balance.Extremely threatening. When I advised that he wasn't here she advised he was waiting around the corner. Sure enough the chap came back and sat on my drive. This is very threatening behaviour from a company that promotes good service. Imagine if this was an elderly or vulnerable person. Not on at all. Please avoid. They did offer to come back to complete the window board installation but I'm afraid after 7 attempts I was not having them on my property again. Very unprofessional with threatening tactics. No guarantee or Fensa certificate received either. NG6832

People be careful about this company!!!! Don't waste your money All Weather Roofline Company. To this day I am waiting for the door number! And 2x Keys!! Just wanted to give a big thank you to the team who attended today and replaced the windows in my conservatory. They were friendly, got stuck in and when they finished, cleared up. Extremely happy and would highly recommend this company.

****Edit**** PCN - LS2947 or LS2942 (writing isn’t clear) I wish I read the reviews sooner! They fitted our windows, so we called them and asked for the porch to be also installed. Their salesman said their surveyor measures "to the nearest mm" and all items are "bespoke" ... However when they came to install the porch, it was off by 10cm!!!! They temporarily installed the porch and came out once more to re-install the side panels (No idea why only side panels were replaced!). Only ONE person came to fix the porch, but he couldn't manage on his own so my husband had to help him. If this wasn't bad enough, the porch is STILL out of proportion and I have been contacting All Weather Roofline for the past three weeks, but no resolution. Funny how a sales rep is available to come to your house within 15 minutes if you want to buy products, but nobody bothers to show up to correct their mistakes. The porch cost me £3800 - so they aren't on the cheap side either. Oh - and they installed the windows 2 months ago but the side panels have not been installed yet?! I hope they come and fix this soon ! Edit - PCN is 003100 I think? This is the only number I can see on the pink contract paper.

We have just had our new front door fitted and love it. Having used the company for our windows first we decided to use them again and were not disappointed . Chis the fitter is great and leaves everything immaculate.

Salesman arrived,no hard sell,very nice affable chap, everything we wanted and we're told was delivered.Installers arrived and fitted the door perfectly with no problems.Would definitely use this company in the future.

I would avoid this company. I had 3 doors installed by All Weather Roofline and the installation was a disaster. The front door did not fit due to a measurement error by the surveyor. All weather Roofline left my property unsecured and I had to ring the company back to finish the installation which is still to be completed. The front door had to have 30 mm cut off the door frame to make the door fit and All weather roofline thinks this is workmanship carried out using reasonable care and skill. I did not agree to this and have sent pictures of the installation to All Weather Roofline who do not want to have anything else to do with me once the money hit their bank account. I have contacted the company by email without reply and when I call on the phone are given fabricated lies. If this review is not enough to put you off this company I would be happy to supply pictures to back up everything I have written. I have still not received my 10 year guarantee and I hope I can put you off from going through the same pain and stress I am still enduring. PCN-NG7171. Please see emails sent to Amber. Complaints and installation support on the 16/08/2022 @ 20:20. 17/08/2022 @ 12:44. 17/08/2022 @ is 14:42 and last email sent on 19/08/2022 @ 08:27. But once again I have had to phone All Weather Roofline on the 15/09/2022 for failing to contact me, I was told I would not be getting a New Door Frame and when the fitter turns up on the 29/09/2022 to change the locks, they would take a look at my issues without doing anything and All-Weather Roofline said they would demand the final 10% payment without completing the correct fitting of my Front Door. I have requested an email from All Weather Roofline to describe what will happen on the 29/09/2022 and who will arrive. Once again, All Weather Roofline will not commit to this reasonable request. I will look forward to your next reply. I contacted you again today 16/09/2022 to be told I will not be getting a replacement door frame. Contracted to supply a White Frame, Modified Door frame incorrectly fitted is White. Silver and Black. This is not customer satisfaction. but sadly All Weather Roofline can not do the right thing. I would like to put something nice to say but all I can advise is you avoid this company. I do have a positive comment to put. The quality of the doors are fine. It's the gamble of a poor installation and having to deal with the poor customer service is what will give you sleepless nights and a feeling you have been had. Thank you for your latest reply. Will the ghost writer on here please provide me with an update, unable to get one from anybody else despite my emails being sent to everyone, looks like you the ghost writer is having problems with getting any replies. Hello again, We had a representative from All Weather Roofline visit our property on the 29/09/2022. Unfortunately he had not been informed of our situation and we had to show him our issues due to your failure to communicate with your staff. He agreed with us the installation was shocking and the front door would need to be refitted. We showed him our contract, which showed the door frame should be all White. He called head office to be told our door frame would not be replace and would be sprayed white. He said Head Office would contact us to arrange for the issues to be addressed. I'm still waiting to be contacted after 4 days. What's going on?
