The 3 gents arrived on time worked all day until mid afternoon, cleared all old guttering and facia,did a magnificent job in terrible conditions, very pleased with the result.

I HAD 11 WINDOWS AND 2 PATIO GLASS KIND OF FITTED!! ON THE 26TH AUGUST, WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES FROM THE WORD GO!!!! IF I COULD POST THE PHOTOS I WOULD TO SAVE PEOPLE WASTING THEIR MONEY AND GO TO A WINDOW COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY HAS CARE AND PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WINDOW GLASSES BROKEN, PATIO GLASS SMASHED AND WAS LEFT 9 WEEKS WITHOUT GLASS IN THE PATIO DOORS LEAVING THE HOUSE FREEZING, SENT DIFFERENT GUYS OUT TO DO WORK BUT THEY COULDN'T AS BROKE GLASS AGAIN, 4 TIMES THEY CAME BUT NEVER DID WORK AS THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS OR COULDN'T DO THE JOB IN THE TIME THEY WAS GIVEN AS IT WAS SUCH A MESS! GLASS GOT BROKEN EVERY TIME THEY SAID, PLUS NO LINTEL GOT FITTED BUT PRETENDED THEY HAD, STILL AWAITING THE JOB BEING DONE AND ITS DECEMBER SO THAT TELLS YOU HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS, I HAVE SPENT NEARLY £10,000 ON THEM AND THERE IS BRICKS HANGING OUT, NO SEALANT UNDER WINDOWS, BRICKWORK A MESS, SCRATCHES ON WINDOWS, NO LINTEL PUT ABOVE KITCHEN WINDOW SO I HAVE HAD ENOUGH, THE STRESS THIS HAS CAUSED & DAYS OFF WORK FOR THEM TO COME OUT NOT TO DO THE JOB ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! SO I DID NO OTHER THAN CONTACTED THE CREDIT COMPANY SECTION 75 AND CERTASS BUILDING REGULATOR ARE LOOKING INTO THIS AS ALL WEATHER ROOFLINE MAKE OUT THEY CARE, BUT THEY FOB YOU OFF WITH GUYS THAT HAVE OTHER WORKED BOOKED IN, SO THEY ARE IN A RUSH & WE GET LEFT BACK TO THE BOTTOM OF THEIR LIST AS THEY TOLD ME !!!!!! SO BE AWARE AS I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE STILL AWAITING FOR THEIR SHODDY WORK TO BE COMPLETED TO SATISFACTORY STANDARDS AS ANY REPUTABLE COMPANY SHOULD DO, THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!!! PCN NUMBER NG7148 BUT I DON'T THINK THIS WILL HELP AS YOUR TEAMS HAVE SOMETIMES ATTENDED/SOMETIMES NOT TO RECTIFY ISSUES THAT ARE MOST LIKELY MARKED AS DONE & CLEARLY HAVEN'T BEEN, THERE HAS AT NO POINT BEEN ANY SENIOR MEMBER TO INSPECT THE POOR WORK AS I HAD REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES.

I originally was really impressed with this company! I contacted them after seeing their advertisements on Facebook for soffits and guttering. Anthony came to see me in July 2022 and was pleasant and professional and measured up the job, offered some suggestions for improvements, gave me a quote and left me to think about things. It sounded like they were extremely thorough with mesh to prevent birds and wasps, and the product looked great! Thinking back, they only let me 'see' the images on their glossy marketing flip chart when they were with me, and they don't give written quotes which seemed weird... However the product seemed good, came with a guarantee and I was convinced that even though it was more expensive than other quotes that I would be getting a better job. I called them back to confirm that I was happy with the quote and a delightful young man called Emie came out to sort out the paperwork on 05/08/22, take the £1,560 deposit, agree payment for the rest once the job was completed, and draw up the quote he had been given (by Anthony I assume). At this point I was still really impressed and happy that I had made the right decision about a job that was going to cost me over £6k. Then.... I heard nothing! Weeks went by and still nothing. I rang and chased the company who arranged for the surveyor to come out. The surveyor came out and told me that two of the 'improvements' suggested by Anthony couldn't be done, so I said fine, and that I would progress without them. He went away, and yet again I heard nothing for weeks.... I chased again and Anthony and Emie both came out to see me and understand the points that the Surveyor said were impossible. They left to go and speak to their office, and then again... you guessed it... I heard nothing! I was due to go to Scotland for a couple of weeks so I contacted them to forewarn them, to attempt to understand progress, and to get things moving. I have leaking gutters that I wanted to get replaced before the bad weather arrived and it was now September! Anyway, when I came back in October the agreed phone call came a week late, I ended up chasing again in November, and I was rapidly losing confidence. I spoke to the Customer Services Manager (Ricky I think) and he advised that it had been mis-measured, the quote would be higher than the one I signed up for, minus the 'improvements' (that should have actually reduced the quote) and did I want to proceed?! Funnily enough I said No, that I had lost all confidence in them as a company, that I wanted my deposit back and was happier going elsewhere. At least they 'agreed that on this occasion' I could have my money back!! That wording did make me laugh to be honest, and I finally got my deposit back on 25th November 2022. Four months after I originally signed up... which isn't bad when they advise you the job will be completed within 12 weeks! Overall a totally disastrous experience which was totally unprofessional with the exception of the friendliness of Anthony and Emie. Would definitely not recommend, but if you do decide to use them... Keep your deposit until you know they are actually going to turn up! Or make sure you can get it back easily if they don't...

PCN #NG6765 Had I of read these reviews before actually signing up with this company I would have never gone near them! We have had no end of problems with this company and still continue do to so months on. On arrival 2 of the windows had been cracked in the van and would have to be fitted at a later date ‘at our convenience’ however this was not the case as I had to take a day off work. The ‘window fitters’ who they claim to be experienced not only hacked out the existing windows and left ridiculous sized holes and removed too many bricks around the outside of the windows, cut through our television aerial and left us with no tv for 9 days! (That was after ringing up daily for them to fix it, originally they wanted to book us in 16 days after said incident!) They sent an electrician to fix it, he told us there was nothing he could do because we need a brand new aerial and needed an aerial company, they sent him back and made him fix it. He ‘fused’ it back together with a connector and electrical tape. Obviously this wasn’t going to be long lasting so we complained further, to which they told me it was fixed and there was nothing more they could do about it and refused to pay for a new wire and fitting. I continued to call daily which at this point I asked to speak to a manager, 3 weeks it took the ‘installation manager’ Simon to finally speak with me as I was constantly told he was ‘too busy’, whom by the way was possibly one of the rudest people I have spoken to when all the issues we experienced were none of our fault. When you are spending thousands of pounds you expect 1. For the job to be done properly and 2. To be treated with some sort of respect especially when all these problems were not caused by us! They had assured me that the window fitters had been sacked off the job, which was no use to me as I still had gaping holes around all my windows. Having to take another day off work (I’m self employed by the way) the fitters that came back to finish the job and point blank refused because the office staff told them our windows needed ‘titivating’ when really they needed a full day to rectify the shoddy work that had been done and left! I yet again had to call up the office to voice my concerns and frustration, they rebooked in the fitters for a Sunday as I refused to book another day off work and lose more money and they never showed up! In the end after endless complaints and phone calls I had to then ask my mum to come and wait at our house so they could finish the job. I refused to sign the Customer satisfaction notice as I was extremely unsatisfied and I wanted compensating for our aerial as we had to since have it fixed professionally at our own cost. They agreed in email by the ‘installation manager’ to send a cheque once the Customer Satisfaction Notice had been signed. That was on the 11/10/22 and I have emailed Simon several times to which he has ignored every single email sent! The experience we have received with this company has been diabolical! They are so unprofessional, rude and incompetent. The communication between the office staff, the foremen and fitters is absolutely abysmal. I have NEVER experienced anything like it! I will take to every social media platform and will continue to do so until we receive our cheque. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PCN #NG6765

Pleasant lads who (eventually) explained it would take two days to install double glazing as one very large pane of glass had been broken but was replaced ready for next day. Was informed of a missing door panel following day but lads came back on the weekend after it had been delivered. A few dents and scratches on paintwork in internal recesses and on internal ledges afterwards but nothing major I couldn't fix myself. Looking foward to having conservatory done next year.

The fitters were great making sure that the door and arch fitted into our doorway exactly as we requested. They made no mess and the finished look is perfect. They were very tidy workers, respecting our property and even taking their shoes off when they came into the house

Everything was great the guys cleaned up after themselves, even cleaning my neighbours window sills that might have been affected by dirt from my house. The only complaint I have and it wasn't necessarily the fault of the staff. My bay kitchen window was missed. I didn't mention it to the guy that came to measure up but took it for granted it would be included, however when I enquired I was told it had not been factored in. I should have checked.

PCN LS2982 01/06/2022 I paid the deposit of £2,493, it was the same day of first visit for quotation; 29/06/2022 the building surveyor visited us for measurements. The building surveyor told us, that in few weeks after his visit the company will get in touch about the start of works. As I didn't get any further contacts from the company, I tried to call them twice, but each time I was told, that some another person is working with my order and that person will call me back. Still nothing. I guess the company even do not intend to do any works as agreed in the contract. It seems they are scammers just collecting money from naive people.

Contacted by door cavasser who then called Salesmen. I asked for a quote for a bay window. Paid a deposit. Unfortunately our financial situation dramatically changed over the weekend. I rang the number on paperwork, was told abruptly to email cancellations to request refunded deposit. I was within the legal 14 day cooling off period. I have now sent various emails to cancellations and admin, not one has been answered and me deposit has not been refunded - money that I desperately need for bills. PCN - DN9103. Hoping that someone from All Weather Roofline Doncaster will now reassure me that my deposit is on it's way back to my account. Edit: In reply to Allweather Roofline Doncaster. The surveyor was here for less than 30 mins, he did not explain the cost incurred for this service I was under the assumption that the £185 deposit was toward the cost of the window. I fail to understand that this equates to the £185 deposit. I will not be recommending you to anyone in the future. I wish I earned £185 for 30mins work!

Very glad didn't go ahead with the order after seeing the issues with everything from them being liquidated multiple times over the years some dodgy things in the contract which I didn't notice at first like it was supposed to be a pay weekly/monthly option yet they wanted payment made in full on job completion section signed. Then finding the reviews and the company caught out on the very site they said to check when challenged they have posted fake reviews and trust pilot state at the top this company hasn't been playing by the rules and fake posts have been removed. That's a massive red flag on its own. Hope the 50£ deposit is paid back without any hassle but based on what is around on the government website the fake reviews and legit complaints better to look else where. There prices are pretty extortionate too. Edit 1 regarding your reply we had a sales guy come to our property and during the sales pitch we found out info regarding liquidation and when challenged your sales rep rang the Doncaster office and gave the reason as the leadership has been changed and that's why .gov site states what it does I'm willing to give more info but once we have the 50£ deposit back which was taken before the credit review and contract was signed the deposit is supposedly meant to be back in by Friday 12th November. I will not remove the review as it's honest legitimate review of our experience. If trust pilot do remove it then not alot I can do but once the deposit is back in the bank I will then re post the review along with the contract document that was left with us that has all details other than our signature as we stopped it after seeing the reviews and the liquidations insolvency reports including one for this year and many before that. Edit 2 I have provided trust pilot with 2 photos of the contract with personal details scrubbed out as verification of the review being genuine and if further details are required which they shouldn't be I will once the deposit has been paid back. Lack of trust is the problem here with sharing details before receiving the money back but it clearly shows the pink slip with your trading name and the pay upon completion even though it was meant to be a pay monthly agreement Edit 3 I have not left the review regarding workmanship as clearly we have had no work done from yourselves this review is based on findings and .gov records of the company plus the fake reviews you have posted previously and others reviews plus the contract issue of wanting us to sign on full payment on job completion when it was meant to be pay monthly. I have said nothing regarding the works whether good or bad. This review is based on the experience we had and people leave reviews to warn or pass on their experience.also noticed you seem to dodge the whole fake reviews thing from yourselves too which has clearly been the case as there is a warning on this very site about it. Giving yourselves a fake stat implying you do good work says alot about the type of company you are everything I've stated is fair and not malicious just truth to my experience with yourselves nothing more nothing less trying to make me out as the bad guy because we researched the company history which showed multiple insolvency one court ordered and liquidation on the government website doesn't instil any confidence in your company at all. Then there's the factor of prices safestyle quote for the same work is 1500 £ compared with your original price of 5k roughly then the sales pitch discounts offered making it look a better deal because you charge more than other companies we have recently have quotes from and they were also financed quotes. But yes you do you as far as I'm concerned as long as the money gets put back in your in the past and nothing else needs to be said.

Shocking service, I have sent an email in regarding the issues we have had and not even had a acknowledgment this was 5 working days ago. Do not use this company as they fit doors with manufacturing faults which leads to the security of your home being at risk and you then have to take multiple days off work waiting for a fitter to come and fix the issues. It took over 5 different people to resolve. Order number NG6886. Thank you for your response, the work was more than remedial work considering my door would not shut properly. Also having to take multiple days off work. I have a recording of one of the fitters stating there were screw holes missing from the door which were causing the issue this was picked up on the last visit meaning the door had left the factory with a manufacturing fault and was not fully secure. You have also ignored multiple emails from myself the service you provide is shocking. I still haven’t receive my guarantee for the door and I’m not hopeful I will receive this. The way you treat customers is disgraceful and I can now see why when you leave the company a review you get a warning that false reviews have been left and the company are now under review with Trust Pilot.

Excellent service from all weather roofline, Engineers were very polite and respectful and carried out work for all new soffits and facials and gutters in 1 Day and cleaned up afterwards, would highly recommend this company
