This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

          Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

Despite giving me a quote and taking a 10% deposit for replacement conservatory guttering it's taken a full month for them to decide that they don't actually do replacement guttering. Disgraceful. Will never recommend them. (PCN ref. NN6065)

We exchanged a patio doors by All Weather Roofline. All job was made great, fast and professionally. They have good prices and short term of contract. Highly recommended. Very honest and realible company.

Windows and doors great. Installation was terrible, no care given brown mastic on white windows. Had to supervise installers on finishing the doors. ALL WEATHER ROOFLINE then told me their installers would not leave the property until payment was made immediately, utter intimidation. I’m still waiting for my 10 Year Gurantee to arrive been over two weeks now!

Excellent service and communication throughout. They were doing work in the neighbourhood and they knocked on the door to see if we were interested. As it happens we were looking at replacing the soffits, fascias, windows and doors, so we called the number. We were visited the following day by a sales rep, who spent 3 hours explaining everything to us and answering our questions. We accepted his quote, which was £3000 cheaper than a local company, and the work could be done within 6 weeks. The teams were hardworking, friendly and did an excellent job. We did notice a slight mark inside the glass, sealant residue, later that day when the teams had gone. I called them to explain and they said that they would send someone to look. He measured the window and the glass was replaced a few weeks later. The people who answer the phones are efficient, friendly and courteous. There is a 10 year guarantee. Everything is well made and everything looks wonderful. I have no hesitation in recommending All Weather Roofline, everything is done to a high standard. Thanks for the great service.

Great range of options to choose from when choosing my new front door and Competitively priced. Fitted quickly and professionally, all mess tidied up. Good range of payment options too for customers to chose from depending on their needs . Would choose this company again should I require other services they offer .

The after-sales service is awful. The doorlock on the front door broke, on the door AWR had fitted, and it took MONTHS before they came out to replace it. I could have been unable to leave the house but fortunately was able to use the back door (not ideal). I wrote e-mails complaining many times, even to the CEO, and even posted a letter, but no response whatsover.

Your sales person came out and wont even quote because i cant sign today. Complete waste of our time, having told him right from the start that i need a quote to cover the next 3 months(he said 12 so no problem), as other works might impact window replacement. Quote for roughly new 14 windows, replacing old.(like for like) New front door All soffits/underroof, possible guttering. Very disappointed, as if the measurements were taken, quote issued we would be in a better position as we are waiting for our build/architect to contact us within the next week or so. i have money thankyou very much, no need for finance - yet your sales bloke kept banging on about it. I left him for no more than 5 minutes making measurements, with wife keeping him attended. i then hear the front door closing as he's left ! I went out the house and asked him why he left and he said that if i cant decide today he cant quote so there's no point. Yet that was established from the moment we started talking. Total waste of time. 0 Stars.

I had my windows and doors fitted in June. This went fairly smoothly and was happy with the end result. But as this review is for my recent experience with FSG fitted 21st July NG7290it’s not the same story. The after sales service is non existent. Once you have paid they lose interest in correcting shoddy workmanship. I have booked 4x revisits to correct the work. No one every showed up I have sent 4 emails to complaints with photos that have just been ignored. Such a shame this lets the side down. I recommend with caution not to part with money as they leave site. You will never get them back. I have put in a claim for payment to be refunded until corrected. I am being generous with 2 stars here had I not had such good windows and doors service it would be 0. ***UPDATE**** Yes things went wrong a bit. It’s how you rectify the wrongs that count and rectify you did😃. We were able to workout how this all started to go wrong and the company has bent over backwards to resolve these issues. I can now say I am completely happy with the resolution. Thank you Ricky in you understanding. For this reason I would highly recommend.

We had our door fitted on Saturday after a 2 week delay, I was extremely worried after reading all the bad reviews, thinking what have we done, but 2 young lads turned up and did a really really good job. They made sure it was perfect and said any problems give the office a call and ask for us, the brothers from Northampton Tom and Joe they were very good. We told them about the bad reviews and they said they were aware, but this company is fitting about 500 doors a week they said, they are so busy so there will be the odd door that does not fit well etc. But I have recommend to a few people use this company and ask for Tom and Joe.

Contacted the company from a Facebook advert. Got an almost immediate response an arranged for the salesman to call to give us a quote. The rep came, didn't try the hard sales pitch, like we had from other so called reputable vendors. The price was realistic, so we immediately said yes to a composite front door and UPVC rear door. We were told the expected timescale, including the visit by the surveyor to accurately measure up which we were happy with. The day of the install came and I was very impressed with how the fitters got on with the job, very professionally. Within three hours, the old doors were out and the new doors in. The build quality, the workmanship and the high quality Yale Locks and door furniture really made a massive visual and security improvement to our home. Already we have had several friends and neighbours asking who had done the work, saying that the doors looked fantastic. Well done All Weather Roofline. Top job all the way through.

All weather roofline put a brochure through our letterbox so we thought we'd ask for a quote, they were very accommodating and the man was very nice who gave us a quote and he went through everything. We were happy with the price and went through with it, they then rang us to arrange measurements and then fitting. It only took around 2 hours to fit both doors, we got 3 keys with each door, the doors were exactly how we wanted them to look, we are very happy with the customer service and the fittings and everything so thankyou!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! On 1st August All Weather Roofline employee, Simon Ashmore came to quote me for new doors. He was here for almost 2 hours and gave me the hard sell, this price is now or never and I let myself be pressured into writing a post dated cheque for a deposit. At 7.30am the next day, 2nd of August I sent Simon a Whatsapp message to his personal mobile phone saying I had changed my mind and did not wish to proceed with the order. He acknowledged receipt of this message very quickly and said he would not take my order in for processing and would destroy my cheque. I have a record of this conversation. Yesterday, 22nd of August I woke to a message from my bank saying the cheque had been presented causing my account to be overdrawn. I messaged Simon immediately, the blue ticks came up saying he had read the message, no reply. I phoned head office and explained the situation, I was told I needed to email the cancellations department together with a screen shot of my conversation with Simon, which I did, requesting immediate repayment plus the overdraft charged incurred as a result be reimbursed. 2 hours later I rang to confirm my email had arrived, I was told it be likely to take "about a week" for this to be processed, which I stated I feel is unacceptable under the circumstances, the person I was speaking to said she was just reading off a card telling me what would happen and anyway, the cancellations department had only just returned from holiday! Today I have heard nothing, tomorrow I will take legal advice, so far no one has even had the decency to say they are sorry, and I am out of pocket to the tune of approximately a weeks wages. I am appalled both that I was apparently lied to by Simon Ashmore and also at the cavalier attitude of the company to the situation. Avoid, avoid, avoid! EDIT: As a result of this review, someone called me on Friday 26th August to discuss. She hadn't seen my email but was responding to my negative review. When I explained, again, she agreed to arrange a refund into my bank, which she did, including a contribution for the overdraft charge I incurred. On Tuesday this week, the person who had been allocated to deal with my case following my initial calls and email, rang to ask how I would like my refund to be paid. This morning I have received a call from someone in the media team responding to this review. It seems this company has some issues to resolve around internal communication as well. No formal apology but at least I got my money back.

Steve Armstrong 22/08/2022 We cannot speak highly enough about this company, as they say, “it does exactly what it says on the tin”, and then some. Absolutely stunning job from start to finish. From the measuring up, the girls in the office, the assessment to fit, the fitting, and the aftercare to check on the completed contract, they were nothing short of outstanding, professional and considerate throughout, guidance of what comes next was always available, it was a great experience, every member of staff we had any contact with always went the extra mile, they take so much pride in their work with attention to every detail. Everything they said would happen happened at the right time, no delays in anything, the finance options are available for every household, and you are “walked” through the process and only takes 10 – 20 minutes to finalise. All old doors and rubbish were removed, apart from the new doors you would think that nobody had been. These guys know their trade, the customer is always made sure to every stage that they are pleased, I have no problem in recommending this company. Thank you so much to all.

Oh dear, now 5 months since our order, for a new front door and still not right, you name it it’s gone wrong PCr number NG6782 as they seem to think I am making this up U think I have had 5 visits now!

All good from start to finish. Work completed to a high standard. They weren't the cheapest quote I received - but if you always take the lowest quote, then you can't always expect the best job doing. Edit: 1yr later received a "follow up call" to ascertain how happy I was with my product with it still being inside warranty. After I pointed out there was a cap missing off a piece of guttering I hadn't noticed until now. He claimed to have made a note and implied they would get it fixed, after a few minutes It became apparent unless I agreed to get quotes for other products (windows etc...) then they wouldn't make the trip out to resolve anything at all. Simply a sales call disguised as post-service customer care. I explained up front I didn't have the cash to commit to anything at the moment he just kept pushing repeatedly "we only need a deposit, put it on a credit card" - after 5 minutes of non-stop pushing I got annoyed, told him he wasn't listening and ended the call. I'm actually after some windows now, but after that incident you've lost the trade. Shame really

The two lads arrived as arranged took out the old door making very little mess before fitting the new one. Throughout the day they were very pleasant and professional and we would definitely use all weather roofline because of the service and value for money.
