Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

A rep was in the area and visited my house to see if I would be interested. Because I have considered replacing my windows, I decided to proceed with obtaining a free quote. When the salesman (that is what he was, despite him claiming otherwise!) came to my house to measure up and give more information, he was extremely pushy and claimed that their way of operating was completely unique when compared to other companies. He claimed to not work on commission etc, but numerous times referenced that it would be in our best interest to proceed with a purchase sooner rather later, due to “increase of materials”. When telling him I wouldn’t want to proceed for at least another 6 months, he then tried to push further by letting me know that we could pay in instalments without interest (though I notice he refrained from using the word ‘finance’!). Very odd seeing as the company states that the quotation is valid for 12 months…! Mr Salesrep then began to mention qualifications their fitters have, which wasn’t really relevant. He spent a good 30 minutes boasting that they don’t use sub contractors. I don’t like the way they give you x price, phone their manager on speakerphone, who then gives you a lower price IF you agree to go along with them and pay a deposit then and there. This is such a dirty tactic, and I’m sure the original price set by Mr Salesman was pulled out of thin air. Mr Salesman wasn’t pleased when we told him we’d have to discuss it rather than being pushed into making a decision, and again started his spiel about cost of materials rising. He also reiterated that the manager’s “discounted” price was only valid for today. No means NO. I’m not being bullied in my own house, so I would highly recommend avoiding this company. EDIT 27/08/2024: I was asked to provide further information. The salesman was called Paul. He also claimed that AWR was the only windows company with a rating of 4.1 or higher on TrustPilot, though this has been debunked…

Called by a Sales Rep and was told that they were offering huge discounts for customers who would have photos taken of the work which sounded great, so I arranged an appointment. On a follow-up call before the appointment, I was told a minimum price which exceeded other reputable companies and there was little interest in discussing anything further... what a waste of time. Suggest rethinking your marketing strategy if you aren't in a position to honour what you promote. In reply to your response, please provide an email address for me to respond to.

Steve the salesman was polite and friendly and their prices were competitive. We felt under pressure from Steve to sign up there and then but we had other quotations booked in so we didn't want to do that. After we had decided to go with AWR we paid our deposit and were told we paid remaining balance was due when work was completed. The scaffolding went up earlier than expected. They started the scaffolding while my husband was at work and I was at home but due at work within a couple of hours. Unfortunately when I got home that's when everything took a downward turn. Our neighbour was waiting on my return from work as the scaffolders had decided to put some of the scaffolding on our neighbours side without informing us or our neighbours. From that point on our neighbours wanted it off their property as is understandable so we contacted Steve who in turn said contact the company and also put a complaint in. Also there was a bar of scaffolding that stopped midway across our back patio door that potentially could have gone straight through the patio door if my husband had not noticed it before me and wrapped it up in old rags so again my husband spoke to Steve regarding the Health and Safety aspect of leaving a scaffolding bar this way. Steve replied with the same, contact AWR and complain. The following day my husband noticed all the messages on his phone to and from Steve had disappeared and on trying to call him it would not connect. Which was very odd. That afternoon 2 men in 2 vans with the AWR logo knocked on the door saying they had come to fit the vents which I let them get on with which took them about 15 mins then they knocked again saying they had fitted the vents and would I pay the outstanding amount. I said but what about the scaffolding? He said they don't take the scaffolding down until the final payment is made. Bare in mind we were told that the final payment was due once work was complete and it was hard to see final result with all scaffolding and boards in situ we were reluctant to pay final balance at that point so asked for job to be completed first before final payment was made. At this point I was home alone and my husband was at work. One of the men left in one of the vans. The other man sat in his van for 1 and half hours blocking my car in the drive . He did knock again asking for the money and again I told him we were reluctant to pay until we could actually see the finished result and he got back in the van and sat waiting again. This was very intimidating behaviour to use his van to block me in my own driveway. The following morning we paid the outstanding balance and they removed scaffolding 3 days later. It has not been a pleasure to deal with this company. This has been my experience In using this company I do have pictures of the dangerous scaffolding and the scaffolding erected on my neighbours property without permission from either party. If anyone requests pictures I can forward on for you. They were intimidating and unprofessional. Job number BL0218

The lads who installed the French doors and bathroom window were polite and cleaned up all the mess before they left. The work is exemplary and the door and window fittings are great. We tried several companies for quotes and they wanted to charge at least a thousand more pounds. We will definitely use this company again. PIN NG10218

I wanted replacement doors and windows. The initial meeting was excellent and gave me confidence because it was to the point. There were physical examples of the quality of the windows, showing the frames, glass and locking sysyems. the choice of colour, glass and front doors was very good. The price was very reasonable in comparison with other quotes. The call centre was extremely helpful as was Jamie who carried out all the measuring and checked our choices. His advice was invaluable, especially for the front door fittings. Installation from Chris and Steve was exceptional. Prompt, efficient, excellent communication, beautifully finished, no mess. Very pleasant guys. Every step was exactly as specified. We are delighted with the end result and feel we have good value for money.

Whole house double glazed (11 windows) new composite front door and rear french doors. Service was excellent the 2 guys worked non stop both days and provided a very neat and tody job. They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions that were asked.

The whole process for fitting the new guttering was very quick and smooth and the finished job was excellent...although it has yet to rain so that we know there are no leaks. However we are not expecting any. We would have given 5 stars but we were left with the scaffolding still there all weekend which blocked the satellite dish. We understand that company works in conjunction with AWR and travels to many areas.

this firm a night mare manly for not turning up on the day been let down not just once but twice myself quality at the time ok at the time i then passed them over to my parents sadly had the same problem got let down on the day then having fascia boards replaced on my own property they never sealed them to the wall to the house i called them back someone came out looked at them took pictures and said hard look we are not going to finish the job

If you want new Windows,Doors or more go to AWR beautiful Windows and quick they measured up and the next week they was in, they fitters came from Doncaster, it was the hottest day and I supplied them with cold drinks and some food, very pleasant knew what the was doing and cleared up after themselves too, A job well done...Thank you AWR extremely pleased with my Windows A*********
