This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

Oct 12,2024We have had a new front door, patio doors, upstairs windows and soffits and guttering done by AWR and their representatives. The goods installed look good and the tradesmen have been polite, courteous and gone about their business professionally: one staying on until 1830 to finish work (which admittedly he had made a mistake with). However, the front door was supplied with a lock barrel that lacked a thumb turn on the inside. The surveyor who inspected the works admitted the fault, even saying that on H&S grounds the lock should not have been supplied as such. I was disappointed that an oversite like was made and doubly so as I had rang the lock makers, Ultion, whose information was left with the new doors, and ordered extra keys for the front door from them, at extra cost, on the day of the installation. Having spoken to Ultion and found out that locks and keys are coded, I was happy that a new thumb turn lock could be supplied to match the keys I had already purchased. With this knowledge, I then tried to make contact with AWR via telephone. This proved much harder than I thought it would be, as designated “Option 1, available from 9am to 6pm”, was not. It took many calls and pressing many different options to get through to someone, who transferred me to someone else, who listened, said they would get back to me, and never did. In the mean time, the bedroom windows were replaced with the error mentioned above sorted on the day of installation, yet the windows arrived without the security keys they were meant to have. Again much time spent on the phone, selecting different options to get through to a chap on Friday 4th October. He listened, apologised, said he’d organise for the window keys to arrive with a representative who would also have the new thumbturn lock barrel for the front door, which would match my pre-existing keys. The representative arrived on the day stated. The new window keys were with him, but not the lock barrel to match my keys: new lock, different keys. More time spent going through Option tennis to get to an operative who stated that the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and would ring me directly. They never. More telephone option button pushing and I got to speak to a chap called Blake. I explained the whole saga to him and that in the meantime, I had spoken again to Ultion, who answer the phones, and that in order to expedite matters, I need an email from AWR as proof of the transfer of locks and then Ultion can sort it at their end. Blake assured me that he would send me the required email by the end of business yesterday. The email did not arrive. I am more than a little put out by the seemed lack of care and failure to follow through with stated intentions from the staff at Head Office. I await a reply from AWR.

Oct 12,2024From home visit (survey) to measurement to installation, we can't say anything else but job well done! Everyone who came to our property was friendly and all happily answered our questions. The installers did an amazing job and left our property clean. They went above our expectations. It's a shame we can't put their names down, we forgot! But thank you gentlemen. We can't wait to have our gutters done in the near future.

Oct 12,2024The job was done with a minimum of fuss and great expertise. The room is noticeably warmer and the patio doors and window look great. An extra phone call or email a day or two before the work was happening would help the experience.

Oct 08,2024Hi, well the two young guys we had to fit our Patio doors on time, were very polite, they did an excellent job in removing the old doors and fitting the new, and they also tidied up after the job was complete. and yes I would recommend ALL WEATHER ROOFLINE for a job well done....... Oct 02,2024I was phoned before the man arrived to install my new door, he was polite and efficient and cleared up any mess made. He found that a crack was in the window pointed it out to me and said that the full bill didn't need to be paid until this was replaced this was carried out the following week

Sep 27,2024Beware of the 10year guantee. I had window fitted in 2015 but I have of my panes of glass is now getting condensation in between the glass. I notified customer service who at first were very helpful. After 2 missed appointments to measure the pane, 3rd time they did turn up . Missed installation appointments. I am still waiting this has been going on since May . I have given up now, don't think they want to be bothered. Very disappointed with this company's after service.

Sep 26,2024Really pleased with my new electric garage roller door, fitted by AWR. Came on the day of installation with an electrician, as had no electric feed to the garage. Electrics and garage door imstalled and can't fault the installation. A perfect job! Thanks guys!! PCN NG10392

Sep 26,2024Despite paying in full on the day of installation I had extra payment taken from my account a month later. This despite receiving an email about the payment and being told by the company to ignore it as it was an error and I would not be debited. Despite the company's reply I have still not been refunded on 2/10/24! Now refunded 4/10/24 and happy with the windows so all settled amicably.

Sep 24,2024Re listing the review as this was removed for some reason. I refuse to allow companies to remove reviews because it doesn’t fit their criteria. I Booked an appointment to have a measuring up and quote, took time out of my day to be around but the sales rep insisted he couldnt measure up without the wife being available too. "Company policy" apparently. No doubt to force a sale. Smelled of smoke and booze too. Definitely will not be ordering with these guys as I refuse to be hard sold and have my time wasted. This was summer 2022 but as said, the original was removed. The reason being is I couldn’t provide the name of the rep. Sorry but reviews are important for potential buyers and of course for those who have had either positive or negative experiences. Do not censor public. Flag the review as many times as needed. This was a fair and honest review based on my experience that happened. It’s important for customers to know who they are dealing with. If this gets removed, I’ll repost another and another and another. It matters not. Do not censor the public when they have a bad time just because you don’t like the feedback. Instead, address your staff to be respectful and honest.

Sep 24,2024I've had my soffits, fascia and gutteting done with this company aswell as new windows which were done 2 weeks ago. A good experience with both jobs. Did what they said they would and completed on time. After sales service was also good as when i had a problem with my guttering a couple of years ago they came and sorted it straight away. Can't fault em. They tidied up aswelll.

Sep 18,2024Salesman was very informative with great communication. Getting through on the main number after paying my deposit and before fitting was a little unnerving, (hence the drop in stars). But my worry wasn't necessary. A call to salesman resolved it and I had my windows and door fitted. The guys were quick, polite and did an excellent job! They even repaired the render around the new windows (something I had heard doesn't usually happen with windows fitters!) After finding some of the negative reviews for AWR after booking I was nervous, but I can honestly say I am very happy! I definitely recommend. NG10220

Oct 13,2024Contacted this company to quote for new windows, visit promptly booked in for 2 days time which was great but went completely downhill from there A man called David visited and i’m someone who hates the longwinded hard sell so when he vocalised that’s not how he works I was initially pleased but he took it this to a whole new level, he rushed from window to window scribbled his name and a quote on a piece of scrap paper all within 5 minutes of arriving ???? I asked did he have a window sample for me to look at or pictures of windows he was quoting on at which he replied no I don’t which blew my mind to be honest as who would buy somethings they haven’t seen?? as he rushed out of the door he said he could send pictures by e-mail the next day, 2 days later I texted him to request pics but didn’t even get the respect of a reply which I feel is so unprofessional
