Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. Our friendly staff have over 30 years of experience in the UPVC products industry and strive to make the very best of your home in order to improve your overall comfort, security and the quality of your family life.

Oct 30,2024Company rang to rearrange today's appt for new front door. They asked that both homeowners were needed to be present. I explained I organise work myself and dont need my husband to be there. Appointment mutually cancelled. Odd behaviour.

Oct 29,2024No issues with the fitters, two great lads, job done quickly and miniumum mess. Only reason 4 stars is no one contactable at your head office on a weekend. Lads doing the job arrived approx 10am, but as I hadnt been given a time I was chasing at 9am with no one available for an update. Otherwise all good.

Oct 29,2024Absolutely on time, work was very good and the windows made an instant difference, both aesthetically and thermally. Unfortunately the mess left behind stopped me giving 5 stars as screws in carpets and the lawn are not appealing.

Oct 26,2024Wouldn’t bother! A rep came round to my home yesterday told my partner that he couldn’t do the quote if I wasn’t there aswell by law. Left work 2.5 hours early he came in our house was talking for ages about the company etc. I asked him to please measure the windows to give us a quote. The rep said right I’ll go outside and measure the first bay window so I don’t disturb the furniture and then I can go up and measure upstairs. Only for him to waste our time walk out of the house to “measure” ring someone get in his car and drove off!! Waste of time.

Oct 24,2024Keep being contacted by AWR - Desperate to do our windows - 3 different quotes received in 18 months - we've explained numerous times how the bad consistent reviews of this company have lost the sale to us, yet they just keep calling in desperation to re-quote us. AVOID!

Oct 23,2024Keep being contacted by AWR and they put the phone down when I explain I am still waiting for a replacement glass for my front door and that I have further issues with cracks in walls around the window they have installed. Now we also have brickwork coming away from my house surrounding the front door they installed which I have been told today is due to improper installation. Doubt they will get in touch....unless it is to try and sell me something else...!!! Steer clear of this company!!! Useless in all areas!!!!!!

Oct 22,2024Product seems really good. Overall communication needs to improve. Workmanship was ok and after sale work needs improving. All good in getting you to sign job off so they can get the money. Improvement needed but overall ok.

Oct 21,2024Can’t give me a quote of any kind due to the full family not being present at the time of the quotation been given ….some family member work 6 days and some 5 days and the day everyone is off that’s Elmete day they can’t come out which is a Sunday Absolutely disgusted , and there was no alternative given or helped in any way …just got told to call back with a date everyone is home Again if the company is willing to help me out and give me a quotation while the sole property owner is present , please get it contact and hopefully we can change this review and give a thumbs up

Oct 20,2024The customer service from this company is appalling. I ordered a black door and the fitted a blue one. When changing to the black door they damaged the glass panel. Still waiting for its repair. Emails and phone calls totally ignored

Oct 17,2024We have had facias, soffits and guttering done. The scaffolding was erected and they were very quick and efficient. AWR arrived and fitted the facias etc. They did a really good job and it looks fantastic too, a massive improvement. All the staff at AWR are very helpful and friendly. PCN: DN11417

Oct 17,2024-Very pushy sales tactics. - Made it clear we have three companies, AWR being the second still tried to force the sale. - Asked for the complete quote to be emailed, did not bother. - If you are expecting customers to spend 12k you need give them a quote. - Awful sales techniques. Literally from decades ago. - Do not recommend for a large job.

Nov 04,2024The new gutters look good and seem to have coped well with recent heavy rain. I was a bit miffed that the scaffolding was left in place for a week after the job was completed. A neighbour has expressed concern that the gutters have not been "capped off" but has not been up to look and I suspect he is being "advised" by a local contractor who did not get the job.
