We had an incorrect power cord. In just under a day, we were in contact with a service representative and the correct part was on its way. Speedy service and easy to work with.

Shocking unhelpful customer service, brought CCTV system in march 2023 from Amazon, system stopped working in October 23 contacted the support, system now keeps cutting off even though the notifications are still coming through, they have told us to try a new power lead but the system is connected or we would not get the notifications to the app, they have also told us to remove the hard drive, if you start messing with the insides this usually null and voids any warranty, diabolical service
I had a relatively inexpensive camera $140 that had a fault after about 2-3 months I thought I'd be fobbed off with poor support and difficulties returning but instead I got great support with simple instructions for proof of issue with free return shipping and replacement

Bought a new/used camera from an online auction & the password had been changed which wouldn’t allow me to use it as required. Contacted Annke support & followed their clear instructions on how to obtain a file from the camera and get it reset. Very quick response and issue resolved quickly.

The NC800 cameras are outstanding, but they have been out of stock for quite a while. Unfortunately, I had to transition from Annke cameras to another brand have similar specifications.
