Ciao, installazione veloce ma non riesco a spostare il giorno/mese/anno e l’ora dallo schermo. Come devo fare?
Mi spiace molto ma le telecamere e l'NVR di per sé sono ottimi prodotti, purtroppo però ad intervalli di tempo regolari si scollega la visione da remoto e tutte le volte devo contattare l'assistenza e fissare un appuntamento da remoto attraverso cui il tecnico cambia alcuni parametri e per magia le telecamere si vedono via app. L'assistenza è abbastanza veloce ma come ho già spiegato con i tecnici con cui ho parlato ho speso circa 700€ tra telecamere e NVE e non posso puntualmente rimanere senza visione delle telecamere da app perché alcuni parametri (di cui io non capisco nulla) si modificano per svariati motivi ( problemi di rete, blackout, etc). I parametri una volta impostati non devono modificarsi altrimenti sono sempre punto e a capo. Inoltre ci fosse un'assistenza in italiano forse ci si capirebbe meglio. Mi spiace perché i prodotti sono buoni.
Contacting Annke with my technical issue, I was pleasantly surprised with the speed at which my queries were addressed. We successfully worked through my various problems over the course of the day, which was amazing considering the time difference between the two parties. At the end of which I felt as though I'd been assisted by a helpful neighbour down the road. Isn't this how all tech support should be!?

Bought a couple of Annke IP PoE cameras to try out as a replacement for my aging system. Unfortunately I found them far too complex to set up and run with hours of fiddly configuration, add-ins and downloads to make them work. Plug and play is what you need for CCTV and these are definitely not that. In fact of the two I bought, I managed to break one and the other just refused to record anything. Annke support tried their best to help but in the end I lost all faith and binned them both. (Warranty was void) I'll go back to something that will work when I need it to.

Great response to all of my support questions. I needed password reset and it was a painless process.
Firstly, let me say that I live in Perth, Western Australia and I believe that Annke support is in the USA. I needed to access the Menu on my Annke DT81Y and I had forgotten the password. I Googled Annke support and and emailed the required information. Shortly after, I noticed that you could have an on-line chat session and was soon in contact with Alex. Alex, by the way, is a REAL person, not some computerized answering service. Within a couple of minutes, Alex had examined the information that I had previously emailed and sent a password to allow access to my system. This was the fastest and most efficient response I have ever received. If other companies could respond with this efficiency, life would be much easier. Full marks to Annke and Alex. Thank you very much.

As complicated as all the features are the system is mostly plug and play. Anything else is relatively easy to find answers for. For my problem I had disconnected the system and reconnected it incorrectly. The hard drive was not powering up because it needs to use a special power adapter with higher wattage. Upon requesting help I was given a list of trouble shooting options. It was clear to me that #6 of 10 was most likely the culprit. I looked and found the correct power adapter had been stored in a box and I was using a power adapter from an old router. When I swapped in the correct adapter my hard drive was recognized and started recording again. Perfect system perfect service. Very quickly I am up and running again. I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to help or I would get the run around. Not so. I left a request on Sunday and on Monday they sent me a reply which solved my problem. Excellent!
Excellent support in helping me to set up my CCTV system. I had purchased cameras which were not what I actually needed and I was advised to return them for a refund which was completed with no issues. I was advised to buy another camera model (which was cheaper) and they were delivered in good time. Overall, ANNKE obviously want to have satisfied customers and their team are so polite in addition to the great service they provide.
