Camera C800 (I91BM) "human & vehicle detection" function I do not use notifications at all. Reduce only notifications is not what I really expected at all from camera with human & vehicle detection function. What I expect from "human & vehicle detection" function - it is reduce false records what will save important place on SD card or hard drive. It will really helpful for users. Or function "human & vehicle detection" must have additional option to chose (checkbox) reduce notifications or records. And user will decide what to chose one or both checkboxes. I think with high sensitivity (may be even with low) it will have effect. Even now if function can reduce notifications it means that it the same time it can reduce records. I hope that Annke soon make new firmware for C800 (I91BM) cameras it will reduce count of false records not only notification. Will wait new firmware in this and next year.

Joy was wonderful to work with. She had excellent suggestions. I was able to get four cameras back working and the 5th camera to stop sending double images.
I had a 'forgot password' issue with my security system and ANNKE was outstanding - I didn't know what to expect from customer service but everything was quick and thorough, and I also got a followup email ensuring everything was still good to go. Very impressed.
They helped me to get my cctv system operating properly again. I was seeing pink images and after checking several forums without success I contacted them. They made suggestions and always sent links to show me what to do. It was a bit of trial and error and several emails back and forth but ultimately the issue was resolved.
I have contacted Annke for support resetting my password. The automated process via email didn’t seem to work as expected, so I have dealt with Jane via email guiding me through the use of a tool to export and import files, and later I dealt with Kyle on live chat which resulted in a very quick turnaround of updated files. The method to reset a password is more difficult than I would have expected, but the support received from the team is excellent.
Habe eine Kamera gekauft (über manomano). Die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde um das vielfache überschritten. Habe die Bestellung storniert. Die Ware kam dann einige Tage später trotzdem!? Ich wollte von meinem Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch machen und die Ware zurück schicken; was man aber einfach ignorierte. Ich hatte ettliche Mails geschrieben und um eine Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland gebeten, was man aber leider immer wieder ignorierte. Auf der Seite von manomano wo das Produkt angeboten wurde fehlen sämtliche Pflichtangaben wie Impressum, Firmenanschrift, Rücksendeadresse, Datenschutz, AGB usw. Man hat bei diesem Unternehmen wohl doch keinerlei Rechte!? Durch die Antworten auf meine Mails fühle ich mich veräppelt! De service van Annke is helemaal TOP!!!! Ik had een software probleem die ik niet opgelost kreeg. Na contact opgenomen te hebben met Annke hebben ze een Teamviewer sessie geregeld. Precies op de afgesproken tijd nam Annke mijn computer over en is ruim een uur bezig geweest om het systeem te herstellen. Nu werkt alles weer zoals het hoort. Gratis nog wel terwijl mijn systeem toch al 5 jaar oud is. Ik raad iedereen Annke aan. Ik ben een zeer tevreden klant. SUPER!!!
