I paid the premium for medical cover 3 months deposit 697 Euro on Thursday 4th January. It's now 10th Jan and the policy was to start on the 6th. I still have not received any policy. The policy is for my wife Leah Gama
The information on your website related to payment are not correct. Many times it is mentioned that the claim is paid but in fact the money was not paid
April came through for us recently in HK on an unexpected wrist fracture over the holiday period in late 2023 for our son. The medical care was excellent but the costs for professional fees were quite exorbitant and April were still able to work with us and navigate the claim. I was shocked at the cost escalation in simple orthopaedic procedures over the last decade (being our last experience for the same patient with another provider at the same hospital - a 300% increase in a decade) and even though April shared concerns on costs they still kindly approved cover on this occasion. They were painfully tested and passed with flying colours. I am most grateful and will ensure wherever i can to keep the burden as light as possible going forward. These are relationships that need to be invested in and protected and i believe the medical profession also need to do their part as well otherwise these policies will become unaffordable. Costs will only ever increase and we all need to be reasonable.
April Insurance is truly amazing! Not only do they reply to every email in a timely manner but they also offer helpful advise. Their app is super friendly and they have made it so easy and simple to submit a claim. Moreover, they are super quick in processing and reimbursing a claim! Overall I am very happy to have April Insurance as our insurance provider.
The Team is very responsive in their assistance. Given there were a few information that was unintentionally missed that caused a bit of delay with the approval, but they were able to resolve it all in just a matter of hours. April Dubai Team gets the job done!
Great customer service! I had an emergency procedure required and April helped process the paperwork and claim professionally and speedily after I was discharged. Customer service was super responsive and helpful.
April insurance has by far the most comprehensive medical insurance policy compared to other company. Claims are easy via app, coverage is good, customer service has been excellent and especially Alice who is knowledgeable and answering my questions promptly everytime.

Horrible service. They pretend they didn't receive documents, almost never reimburse you. If they do, then it's only after sending a million emails. They are difficultly reachable.

I have had a particularly tough year which required several different medical procedures. For a new patient, being sick is overwhelming enough, but often the financial side of it can be the nastiest of all. Fortunately, April's customer support have been exceptionally patient in clarifying and demystifying the entire insurance claims process for me on multiple occasions. I have been in touch with several different April representatives over a period of a few months and each time, their response and level of professionalism have been speedy, consistent and reassuring. Their phone app is also easy enough to use for regular claims, and turnaround time is fairly quick (a few days). All I need to do is keep the proper records each time and leave the rest to them. Then I can just concentrate on getting well.
Great team and comprehensive and simple product ! Super responsive, quick and efficient, it's a pleasure to work with Agnes and Richard. I look forward to working more with April and to see how their product and plan evolves after the first year renewals in the UAE.
