A chaque que j’appelle le service client on me dit que le dossier est en cours et quand je me connecte sur l’application j’ai un nouveau message comme quoi un document est manquant ! Mon fils a du aller aux urgences en Corée , j’ai la facture de la radio et des médicaments et April refuse de payer en faisant traîner le dossier . Je ne lâcherai pas !

April International is subjecting me to heartless exploitation and harassment. I asked to terminate my policy in February of this year, since I was paying them a lot of money every month and since they weren't reimbursing me, were impossible to reach by phone, and had made it clear by email that they would not reimburse my claims. They refused to let me terminate my contract, and gave me misleading information about the conditions under which I could legally terminate my contract. Even though I have now met all the conditions to legally terminate my contract, they continue to bill me every month and to send me harassing emails. Do not sign anything with them, and do not trust in their good faith.
I just had a small request for some administration requirement for traveling and after talking to April team , they were very quick and reactive and able to provide the required documents .
On going customer service levels are second to none. Coupled with a great range of benefits and excess options it does make their plans a compelling proposition.
