On m'a accusé de ne pas savoir que l'employé habité au Vietnam (alors que le bureau asiatique se situe à Hong Kong). 5 jours sans réponse (3 jours business complets), je décide de contacter la branche française en mettant l'employé habitant au Vietnam en copie (dont j'ai reçu le 1 seul e-mail et dont j'attendais la réponse) et 10 après cet envoi il me répond (en me disant que ce n'est pas bien de l'afficher devant la branche française (j'ai souligner le fait qu'il ne m'avait pas répondu et j'ai copier coller l'unique e-mail qu'il m'avait envoyer pour expliquer ma situation) et que j'aurai du savoir apparemment qu'il était au Vietnam. je serai dorénavant qu'en contact avec la branche française. Je suis extrêmement déçu du bureau asiatique. Essayez de faire culpabiliser la clientèle parce qu'on demande une réponse à un e-mail envoyé il y a 5 jours et envoyé en moins de 20 minutes après la réception de cet unique e-mail... c'est désolant pour votre service client. I was blame for not being aware that the employee was staying in vietnam (office: Hong Kong), 5 days without an answer, got in contact with the french branch while putting the vietnam staying employee (that i first got an e-mail from and waited a response from) in copy, and strangely less than 10 minutes later he answered me (blamed me to have contacted the french branch, detailing my only interaction i had with this person, ONLY 1 e-mail). i will be in contact with the french branch from now on. Really disappointed by the Asian branch.
Jasmine from the HK support team is super sweet and helpful. However, leaving a much lower review here April needs to do a much better job at their CX transformation. their new system is not transparent and gives users a hard time in order to understand their policies and what we have used etc. please do a better job at putting yourself in your customer's shoes
I was utterly disappointed by April not replying to my email, but as soon as I contacted Julien Mercier, he helped me unblock my situation. Within 20mn, someone called me: a lady, most helpful, Native English speaker so there was no issue understanding what she said. The application is still to be improved, though. I am not giving 5 stars because of the delay of response and the faults in the app, but the people I had on the phone do deserve 5 stars.
I suffer from acute appendicitis and require emergency surgery on Sun midnight. Couldn’t fill pre-approval request or pre-hospitalisation request in advance. Finally full claim of my expensive bill (>100k hkd). Claim is approved in 2 weeks.
I had to use April for the first time for an in-patient procedure my daughter has undergone. Very professional service guiding me to the right hospital, emailing the hospital letting them now what had happened and that we were on our way. When billing came around, the letter of guarantee (email) hadn't arrived yet but the hospital and April worked together to sort this out. I received a phone call from the hospital a few days later than our discharge date telling me April had sent all documents and that I only had to pay our deductible. Today I talked to Jasmin Chan, about sending a letter of guarantee to the surgeon for upcoming check up. Very nice and understanding service. Highly recommend.
April has been very responsive with my inquiries. Sensitive to urgency and very professional and empathetic. The team was proactive in answering my questions about my policy coverage and getting my claim paid on time.
Joanne Fu is very helpful to solve my login issues today. She is patient and checked with IT immediately to ensure my problem os solved. Thank you very much!
Date échéance contrat : 3/03/23 Résiliation à l'échéance faite par nouvelle mutuelle, rejetée sans avertir par April (prétexte: date réception antérieure à la date d'échéance, alors que date d'effet bien stipulée) Conséquence : cotisation prélevée le 13/03 . April ne répond pas aux mails, fait chevaucher les 2 contrats auprès de la CPAM, fait la sourde oreille à mes demandes . C'est une mutuelle malveillante et malhonnête dont je souhaite me séparer au plus vite possible .
I believe APRIL is not working as an international health care provider. The reason I say this is based on the reviews I have seen and the experiences our employees went with this service. I see individuals with claim issues, logins, medical provider issues. customer service issues and so on. However, when you look at the positive comments, most of them are coming from Singapore (SG). Communication is painful. Your service level agreement is 120 hours. If no follow up is made, you would leave the ticket open. I had my login issue fixed in 10 days. Imagine that! I still have issues but I would prefer to send a formal ticket for documentation purposes.

La conseillère était aimable et à l'écoute mais elle n’à pu régler mon problème qui date de plusieurs mois et pour lequel je n’ai aucune réponse hormis des réponses d'attente, j'attends des remboursements qui datent de mars 2022. Nous sommes très mécontents de la qualité du traitement et du suivi des remboursements . Suite à ce mail un conseiller d'April a répondu à mon commentaire me communiquant son adresse email et me demandant de lui communiquer mon numéro de contrat pour m'aider à régler mon problème, je me suis exécutée et depuis rien. Encore une réponse d'attente totalement inefficace. J'ai l'impression que Leonardo est un robot.
Plus de 2 semaines sans réponse après la demande de résiliation de mon contrat, qu'April Assurance renouvelle sans mon accord... De plus, de nombreuses factures du médecin ne m'ont pas été remboursés. On nous prends pour des bébés, par exemple quand vous allez chez le médecin et qu'il vous fait un prélèvement sanguin, il vous facture le prélèvement sanguin mais pas forcément la consultation. Or pour être remboursé par April Assurance il faut demander également une facture pour la consultation. C'est du grand n'importe quoi. À FUIR
