Nov 17,2024Several successful orders but the one time (#VetDay24) there is an issue, customer service delays and deflects. My order via USPS either did not deliver as indicated by the USPS driver tracker or it was stolen, but no real evidence via signature or photo. No phone number or direct email option to vendor. Their "request a phone call" option is futile. From their website automated form, I received an email from CSR-T2 and manager apologizing that my build will be delayed (not the issue) and implying i am at fault, while not indicating any action is underway on a $200+ order. Lessons learned: (1) don't use USPS if you don't trust your USPS driver, your location, and/or possibility of theft. (2) beware of AR15D CSR to respond to your issue if/when you have one. It appears their niche/focus is on volume of orders processed and not customer service in the liking of other military friendly businesses such as Vortex, Leupold, Wilson Combat, Daniel Defense, etc. I will not place any more high dollar orders from this vendor, and depending on the outcome, may discontinue altogether, plenty of dependable vendors at comparable prices.

Nov 15,2024Misleading information on some products, very slow customer service, getting a RMA to return a product takes much linger than it should, as well as having the return processed once they receive it. Will avoid ordering from here in the future.

Nov 05,2024Started using this company for my AR miscellaneous parts needs they have done real well. Fast shipping very good sales and prices good customer service. I ordered charging handles stocks and BCG and magazines trigger kits reduced power springs much more . Good quality my builds work great with there parts. All my experiences have been professional as it should be thank you .

Oct 22,2024Ordered parts on 10/14 and paid $9.99 for the rush processing. Got an Email the next day that the order had shipped. Tracked the order via FedEx tracking 2 days later, and it still had not moved. The person I spoke with on the chat box said give it one more day as that was usually the maximum time it would take to ship. I was a little upset when the order still had not moved the next day, so returned to the website chat box ( you cannot call to speak to a human, which if that was an option the problem could have easily been resolved), and the the person said something to the effect of the FedEx label that was printed was found on the floor and she apologized as that should not have happened. She moved my complaint to tier 2 and they sent me an Email that they would be getting in touch with me soon, this past Friday. Did they fix it? Nope. Did they call? Nope. The weekend went by and I checked FedEx tracking again this morning and again, order did not ship, and I got no response all day from anyone, although the cs person in the chat box said they would again escalate issue to tier 2, whatever that means. AR-15 discounts still has my money and my parts and doesn't seem interested in resolving my issue, even though I paid extra for rush processing. What a waste of time and money. I won't ever do business with them again and suggest anyone who needs parts avoid this company like the plague. Also, I would like my parts or my $275.54 back, unless on top of everything else ar15 discounts wishes to be accused of thievery.

Oct 18,2024Received sale flyer in email. I clicked on link to item I wanted to buy that was listed as almost half off but on their site it was listed at full price. Contacted customer support by email as it was after business hours and was contacted 730 a.m. following morning and told the condition was corrected. Went back to their site and item was suddenly out of stock. Replied to customer support that it was no longer available. Told basically sorry about my luck. Eventually was offered a 10% off code after several back and forth emails. Terrible customer service! Update: Customer service contacted me again evening of 10/18/24 and said they would honor the price and would have one ready to ship 10/21/24 if I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. I sent a reply accepting offer and asked to be shipped fedex ground. On 10/21 was sent invoice and paid. Received the upper on Friday. Thank you!
