I chose them over Petco, Amazon, etc. because their price for the item I was looking for was almost half of what the other merchants were charging. The shipping was reasonable too. Delivery was very quick, and I was notified via email every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with the whole transaction, and will definitely check their site again before placing my next order.

I was in bad need to receive a special dog collar for post surgery and I absolutely positively had to have it by Wednesday. They were able to assure me shipment and delivery and no way could an operator at Amazon do that. Big shout out to ArcartaPet.com for friendly competent service. You're aces!

Oct 16,2014When the stores where I shopped for food for my loris stopped carrying the products I needed, I shopped around and found that there were no pet shops in my area that carried food specifically for loris. I went online and found what I wanted with Arcata. Now I am happy, and my birds are happy....and well fed, thanks to Arcata.

I looked all over for the bird food dishes that fit our Moluccan Cockatoo's cage and they had them...not just one, but as many as I needed. I've already referred ArcataPet.com to several of my friends. These people deserve to prosper. They know how important a customer really is. We will go out of our way to order from them in the future.

Nov 13,2014I was looking for a particular leash for my dog and, just as I was about to settle for something close, I found Arcata Pet Supplies They have the best selection you will find anywhere online. I found an excellent training leash (50ft long!), a harness that is comfortable for even my long legged mutt, and a ton of interactive toys for my cats. I had to call them about one of the orders and even though I called a little before the official opening time an agent responded and had my order sorted out in a few minutes. Really neat company with great products and excellent customer service.
