Everyone I ever had gotten, is able to answer any of my questions, about any of their products, it is like everyone there has or is using the product you are asking about. I have always received my orders within three days. I will recommend this company to anyone, and will continue to use them.

Nov 26,2013I bought some little rubber tag outlines to prevent my pets' license and ID tags from clinking together - they work very well and the shipping was quite fast. No complaints and I would buy from them again.

Nov 17,2013When what I wanted wasn't available , the allowed me to add myself to a reminder list. As soon as the product came available the emailed me with a link to the site. With my schedule, if I don't finish what I start, it doesn't get done. With their customer focused systems in place, it was a win-win. It was a good price and arrived in short time.

Nov 15,2013I ordered a plant and a mechanical hygrometer from Arcata and it arrived really fast. Said 3-5 days on delivery and was here on the 3rd day. The plant and hygrometer were both much cheaper than in the store, even with delivery I still saved money and some time too not having to drive to a bunch of pet stores trying to find what I need at a price that's decent. I would recommend you search Arcata first for all your pet supply needs.

Nov 08,2013I have been purchasing nectar for my Rainbow Lory Buster from Arcata Pet for over 3 years and have always received fresh, quality nectar at a low low price. Unlike pet food warehouses that have product sitting on shelves for months, Arcata Pet is an actual pet store and the friendliness and expertise of the employees is so appreciated in a world where speaking to a computer robot for 15 minutes and sitting on hold forever is now routine. Each time I place an order I am notified by the actual person who received my order that it's packed and ready. The last time I received an email within 20 minutes stating that my order was packed and ready to ship! Caring for a Lory can be trying at times, recently the nectar Buster had been eating since he was a baby went out of production and the folks at Arcata Pet were so helpful with the difficult transition to a new nectar. You can email them at any time, ask them a question and receive an honest, helpful reply within a short time. I made the mistake of ordering nectar from another vendor and the food arrived 6 days late, it was spoiled and smelled so bad it made us sick. I didn't let it upset me, knowing that I could order a quality nectar from Arcata Pet and it would be at my door in a couple of days. They have a store full of every thing a bird could need and want, it's fun looking at all the feeding utensils, nutritional products, and of course TOYS with Buster on my shoulder saying "I want that, I want that now". My beautiful bird deserves the best and we are so pleased to say that the best is what we get when we shop at Arcata Pet.

Nov 04,2013Price was better that other competitors' websites offered. Phone call on a Saturday was answered by a live person who was very helpful. Order was delivered within a couple of days. All-in-all just a great shopping experience.

Oct 29,2013I purchased a Hyperflite Jawz Lemon-Lime Competition Dog Sport Disc for my parents lab who loves playing with his new frisbee. The material on this disc is phenomenonal and he has been unable to chew it to shreds like others purchased. I give this product a extreme high praise for a review. I recommend this company for this product. Shipping is fast, and customer service rocks! Thanks

Oct 15,2013My Mastif has had to wear a Halo for 2 months due to a Paw surgery. This Halo is bay far the most comfortable for him. It allows him to eat and drink. The Plastic collars are very destructive on everyone around him!

Sep 27,2013I have looked at all my local pet stores for more realistic cat toys to no avail. I found Arcata pets online by searching for "real fur cat toys" and couldn't be happier! They ship super fast! My cats love the "mice" from Arcata pets...the price is so affordable that I ordered some for my local shelter. I will look for more reasons to order from Arcata pets in the future. A very good pet store!

It was easy to navigate and provided some background information about the company and staff that made me feel it was a safe place from which to order. The items arrived within a couple of days, lightning speed considering they crossed the country via USPS. I will definitely be a return customer, and my cats are grateful for that. Totally recommend you try it!
