Mar 06,2017THE DOG FOOD I ORDERED WAS GREAT. THE PRICE I PAID WAS 79.99 FOR A 25 LB. BAG. WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE PRICE THE OTHER DAY FOR THE SAME FOOD IT WENT UP TO $90.00 FOR A 25 LB. BAG OF DOG FOOD. FOR THAT PRICE I WILL NOT PAY. SORRY THAT I WON'T BE BUYING ARCANA 25 LB. DOG FOOD FOR THAT KIND OF PRICE.

Mar 02,2017My six cats are escape artists about collars. I got them Beastie bands with Velcro closures. So far, they work. I chose patterns to match their personalities, from Cool Cat to Chinese Dragons. The package arrived one day early and contained the right collars. I'm thrilled and so are Hoover, Lincoln, Chase, Zen, Magus and T2.

Feb 26,2017I got this so fast I thought it was something else I ordered from another company that still hasn't showed up! This collar was exactly what I was looking for. My dog is 15-years-old and walks right behind me. I just needed something like this for when the dog catcher drives down the street! I'll also use this with our new puppy when we go on hikes this summer. Great product.

Feb 20,2017I was trawling the internet for a few days for Jungle Dawn LEDs, and I came across ArcataPet's store. A few weeks ago I ordered one just to "test the water"... it came within a few days of ordering it, which really surprised me. I loved the light, and soon after I put in an order for another two that came just as quickly. I was chuffed at the quick service, which is why I became a repeat customer. Keep up the great work!

Feb 19,2017All 3 of my dogs got cancer. I decided to make my own dog food with people grade products and all natural supplements. I started using UpCo bone meal several months ago. Bone meal was recommended as an additive by my vet. I have been buying this product from Amazon but was unable to get it when I needed it. I decided to check out the supplier's website. Turned out to be cheaper than Amazon so I will be ordering direct from now on.

Chris was very helpful in checking to make sure that they indeed had the original one that I was looking for. He even pointed out that it would be cheaper to buy the case. So glad I found this company. Items were shipped out the same day and I received them super fast.

Mar 07,2017I bought the divider for our geckos, and not only the offering experience was quick and easy, but the product was shipped immediately. This pet divider was made for aquariums, to divide fish, but we bought it for our geckos, and it works perfectly in our 10 gallon terrarium. We had to modify the top with some chopsticks and aluminum foil, because unlike fish, our geckos did climb over it... 😁🐊🐊 I wish you had one made for reptiles, but this works. Thank you!
