Mar 14,2015They had the best price on the multi dog leash I was looking for and it arrived at my house the next day! I do live in California where they are also located but I was very impressed with how quickly the leash arrived. They must have had it in the mail within an hour of my placing the order. I will be ordering from the next time I need something for one of my many pets.

Mar 09,2015I was looking for a pewter labrador keychain and found one on the ArcataPet website. However, they were out of stock...The message said that they would email me when one came in. I must admit I was skeptical on that one...companies get busy and it wasn't even a $10.00 purchase. But much to my surprise, Chris at ArcataPet DID!!! And I bought it immediately!! It arrived in 2 days. Excellent Service, excellent company - I will buy from them again!

We couldn't find the replacements anywhere and my husband bought a smaller dish which the bird was not happy about. Thanks to your company, I ordered the dishes and two days later they arrived and we have a very happy bird once again!

Feb 21,2015They have exactly what I needed. It is a fairly obscure brand. The dog food has been sold out all over town and back ordered everywhere else, all due to manufacturing issues. But Arcata has it! And, it arrived on the day they promised. Quite simply, you can't get better than that. My only teeny tiny thought is that the shipping was a bit high, but still well worth it.
