Jun 17,2023The two ladies that dealt with my trip to the USA fated me to miss my holiday to the USA by not mentioning the ESTA when asked two weeks before the trip .The last two days before the trip it was a quick dash to get the ESTA .The 72 hours it takes to arrive means the flight was lost .This sales rep asked me for a £10.00 or £20.00 tip . I incurred stay & excursion losses £150.00 ,& to add insult to injury my sales Rep gave me unrecognisable phone to help me out the day before the flight for manage my bookings .Of which these sales reps help with & must should know each question that's coming ! .The long & short of it ,I am waiting for my refund The staff said for to to change my booking the day before the flight & it would have cost me 50+Fare difference .I told them that's definitely not happening .The complaints department does not work ...nobody seems to work in there,because II waited a week then someone had the the nerve to play stupid & said they had not received a long letter from me (complaint) that I emailed ,so I read it & said how they need to check again .Anyway after a long conversation the investigator ....thats no investigator the guy was daft a sales rep ,because we spoke again .they are just having people on .in fact all the staff there really have taken liberties . The end result ...he said the only thing that they will do is charge me £50 + fare if my destination exceeds £729.11 . And I can take it within the year ( one year ) of purchase . I told him how well his liberty taking company has done out of me & that they also got a £10.00 tip out of me too I would rubbish their staff ...there incompetence always to everyone . As I wanted at the very least to give the ticket to someone else in my family .I really didn't want to deal with these wasters again . So I am gutted as you can imagine . I will never use one of these phone sale reps again .Speaking with them grates on me . Foreign muck .
