Feb 24,2025I ordered and paid in full, for two tyres to be fitted on Saturday 22nd February. I arrived on time at the fitters (Just Tyres) only to be told my tyres hadn't arrived and that ASDA don't provide the fitter with contact details so he was unable to let me know in advance. The fitter did apologise and told me to contact ASDA tyres, but ASDA Tyres are not open over the weekend. I complained via their website and emailed their customer services. I was then sent a customer satisfaction survey asking how the fitting went! Again I complained and an automated response said I would be contacted on Monday. No response was received, so I called ASDA Tyres customer service at 3.30pm. They agreed to credit me, but I would have to wait six days for the refund. No apology for the appalling service and the complete waste of my time. I shall never use them again - AVOID!!!

Feb 23,2025I booked for an early appointment on Saturday the 22nd of Feb, got a phone call an hour before saying they can't do it. Instead, i have to do it at 11am Sunday the 23rd. I needed new tyres and couldn't drive until they were changed. All my Saturday and Sunday plans ruined, I couldn't take my child to their football game because of their incompetence. What's the point of making me book a time convenient for me, if you just change it to a time convenient for you last minute? Edit: The guy at reception checked he had my number and then I asked roughly how long, he said about an hour and a half. I waited two hours for them to get changed today, the 23rd of Feb, and then I returned to the car to see how long will be left. I came back to the car with the passenger window wide open unattended. I went in to reception and they told me their tyre machine has broken, so they only put one tyre on, they didn't even try to ring me to tell me.

Feb 23,2025The Michelin primacy tyres I opted for were a good price when compared to other websites, the Asda gift card promotion was easy to claim, the process of booking a slot was easy and the fitter I booked with were ready to fit at the time I selected.

Feb 23,2025Very efficient website, got a great deal and although I ordered four tyres, the chosen fitting company, Elite Tyres in Eastbourne informed me that two tyres did not need changing and Asda refunded me very efficiently,thanks Emma. This is brilliant customer service all round and I will definately be using the service again

Feb 22,2025I was due to drive to Switzerland with a new car and needed winter tyres. I tied Halfords, ATS, National, Kwik Fit and a few independents. Only Asda could get my tyres sourced within 48 hours. I could not believe it! Asda of all companies! Saved our holiday!

Feb 21,2025I ordered tyres and their installation through ASDA Tyres. The whole process from placing an order to installing the tyres took 2 days. The value for money at ASDA Tyres is wonderful. Changed tyres at Ayr Autoplex Cars & Commercials (Bridgend Motor group). I had a great impression that I had been in a hospital, and not at an auto company - everywhere there was cleanliness, silence and order. Friendly service. A selection of different beverages for visitors. I spent about an hour there, but I didn't notice the time. Excellent management and staff.

Feb 21,2025I’ve been using Asda tyres for about seven years. It’s just like using compare the market for your car insurance. you get to see all the different brands of tires you get to pick the garage you want the tyres to be changed at all the price is including fitting and it’s just the easiest and best way to pick your tyres and prices are cheaper than anywhere else Bmw wanted just over £1000 for four tires went onto Asda tires and got the same tires for just under £700. but like I said, I’ve been using them for seven years and I’ve got no reason to get my tires from anywhere else I would always use Asda tires. I also go shopping in Asda so Asda Rewards with the tires you get even more of a saving.

Feb 21,2025I am happy with the 4 kormoran tyres but unfortunately had to return to the tyrefitter (Top Wheel, Keighley) twice to sort out leaks due to faulty sealing around the valves. This took about 2 hours of my time and about 28 miles of travel. Not once did I receive an apology for my inconvenience. When I mentioned this the fitter replied "not even doctors get things right all the time" and still didn't apologise. Won't be using asda tyres again I'm afraid. The date given below is accurate to within a few days.
