Jan 26,2025Asda website very easy to navigate with a huge amount of tyres to suit all budgets. Pricing is extremely competitive when compared to other suppliers. There is also a comprehensive list of local tyre fitters and fitting times available to choose from. My first choice when ordering tyres.

In fact the tyres I got were cheaper by a couple of pounds than the usual place I go and I didn't have as far to travel! The fitters were very good and on time. Strongly recommend. I have already told family and friends about how brilliant this service/experience was.

Jan 24,2025I recently purchased Tyer from Asda Tyers. Terrible services. Show different tyers on the website and sell differently in real. Not the customer satisfaction product. Very poor customer support after the sale. Better to try the tyres on eBay it at least shows real images.

Jan 20,2025I order online 2 tyres and they came not fresh as they are 4 years old. I saw it after garage had fitted them. I paid for 2 brand new tyres. I’m not sure even If they store them correctly. That’s not acceptable. Customer service not helpful

Jan 18,2025Asda took my booking for this and assigned a mobile fitter for a Saturday. I was really pleased with the speed at which they could fit me in. On Saturday morning I received a text message from the fitter saying he does not do work for Asda anymore. Asda could not find any others fitter and said sorry, have your money back. Lett is stranded at home for the weekend.

Jan 18,2025I recently ordered a tyre from Asda Tyres online on the evening of 31/12/24. The initial order and payment were processed smoothly. However, I was then given a delivery slot that turned out to be unrealistic. Upon contacting Asda Tyres, I was informed that the tyre had not even been dispatched and my order was subsequently cancelled. Asda Tyres attributed the delay to the New Year period, but they accepted my order and booked a delivery slot despite knowing themselves there would be a significant delay. This caused me considerable inconvenience as I had to rearrange my schedule to locate a tyre elsewhere to be fitted to the car. Furthermore, the refund process was also unsatisfactory. I was initially given a timeframe of 6 working days for the refund to be processed, this would have been on the 13/1/25 However, the refund took significantly longer than expected. And did not arrive until the morning of the 17/1/25. My order was cancelled on the 3/1/25. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Asda Tyres. Their misleading information, lack of proactive communication, and delayed refund process were unacceptable. I would strongly advise other consumers to exercise caution when considering using Asda Tyres.
