Having made a few calls to my local fitters and got some prices, a quick search and found the tyres cheaper on Asda Tyres. Selected my usual garage to fit the tyres, booked a time convenient to me and simply turned up and got the work done.

Apr 18,2024The TRUSTPILOT system will not allow reviewers to choose ZERO stars, otherwise I would have done so. DO NOT USE ASDA TYRES..... Used the Asda Tyres website to buy and pay for a tyre recently at a cost of £150, Used the Asda Tyres website to book a scheduled appointment at a Manchester garage to have the tyre fitted. Used my lunch hour to drive to the garage the following day, all shutters down, no-one there, it was clearly closed. No response to knocking or ringing the garage phone number. Had to drive back to work, still on a defective tyre. Then sent 4 emails to ASDA tyres within a 24 hour period to complain, did not receive a single reply. So I rang them when I was able to, was told that I would get a refund in "a couple of days" by their representative. Had to ring them again after 4 days still without my refund, only to be told it could take 6 days. Rang again after 6 days, still without my money, only to be told that their T&Cs state it can take up to 14 days to get a refund. ASDA TYRES are a joke, do not use them, I still am without my refund.

Apr 18,2024Used Asda before with no issues but this time orderd two tyres allowed 1 week for them to arrive when to garage bright and early no tyres delivered chased for 5 days day one - ASDA can not contract supplier (weekend) day three- ASDA advised cars on order manufacturer day four - ASDA said supplier only dealt by email day five - ASDA email cancelling order, telephoned they siad supply only had one tyre so cancelled it will take 7 days to get a refund went to Halford tyres got same tyres fitted within the day for a similar price, better service, same product, with a smile conclusion used Halfords if deals are on they are a similar price with better service
