Tyres not delivered to fitter - have been chasing all day, they want me to cancel my order as its the easiest thing for them rather than resolve issue - Their email response - I am sorry to hear that there was a delay within your order. Unfortunately, as we are a mail order service, this does means we can encounter delays with the delivery of the tyres. As we are a mail order service, this means the tyres are not sent directly through ourselves, and are sent from our suppliers from their warehouse. This is why we have in our terms and conditions (clause 6.3) that delays can occur, and ASDA Tyres cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery and/or fitting.

Booked 2 days in advance and battled freezing conditions and heavy snow to get to my fitting appointment. Fitters Kerrs Tyres were very pleasant and helpful informing me the tryes hadn't arrived and suggested I contact ASDA tyres direct. I was furious when I spoke to a nice girl who took all the details and said she would ring me back with a update. I waited almost 1.5 hrs and no call. I again contacted ASDA only this time I canceled my order. ASDA took payment for my tyres within seconds but say 5-6 working days before my money's returned. I also put a bad review on their page when they sent me one and it oddly didn't appear and only great ones feature. Good news Kerrs Tyres suggested I look at their web page where I got both the same tyres for £12 less than ASDA. Rant over unless my refund not here next week. Now 18th January and my money has still not been refunded. Time to contact the credit card company on Monday. Monday 21st Jan my refund came in. January is hardest month of the year and refund granted 8th Jan but not returned until 21st. Disgraceful ASDA Tyres.

Unbelievable,but possible and real! Thank you Asda! My special thanks to Asda Tyres and Colewood Automotive Ltd! It was great experience to buy and change my car tyres with them and I am really satisfied.

Booked days in advance, given appointment at local garage for 9am. Arrived, no delivery. Called Asda, they said they'd call me back with an update. Waited 2 and a half hours so called them again only to be told they'd be delivered at 4pm!! I'd specifically booked in advance knowing I needed my car for a journey that day, not happy at all so asked for a refund (have to wait days for that to clear now) and sort my tyres out another time...Will never use them again!

Terrible service and terrible system. Booked my tyre change service, received confirmation and instructions to go to a garage. When arrived, garage said they did not have confirmation, and needed 48 hr notice, albeit Asda system allowed me to book for that time and slot. When contacted to seek compensation, they were terrible to help. Had a trip to go to garage and paid more due to a flat tyre. Never again with Asda tyres and suggest avoiding.

I would give a 1 star because no matter how good a deal you get from asda tyres, at the end of the day, you must deal with the garage which is an independent entity and asda tyres has no control over it. Last year, i got a good deal from asda tyres, selected a garage and a date of my choice from their website. On the day of my appointment, initially, the garage lot didnt find my tyres change appointment and when they did find, they told me they dont have the tyres available! That day was a mess. This year, thinking that asda tyres might have improved, I again got a good deal and selected a garage different from the last one but with the same result!

If I have the option of zero then my option would have been zero. This company is a joke. The reason I am giving zero is because: I booked two tyres fitting on Dec'2024, Saturday 21st at 09:30 and their fitter called me on the same day and cancelled my appointment. I called customer service and they rescheduled my appointment on Dec'2024, Sunday 22nd at 11:00. On Sunday, the fitter fitted simple job of two tyres after 2 hours of waiting. Simply pathetic experience. It ruined all my weekend plans during Christmas season. My choice is zero rating. Very bad performance.

Dear Customer Services, I don’t think your supervisor has grasped the fact that my wife and I initially took the car to the first fitters, a trip of some 20 miles round trip and waited in the cold for two hours before being told the tyres hadn’t arrived. Then I was booked into second fitters on another day and it was only by chance I phoned just before leaving to see if the tyres were there, when I was told they couldn’t take me until another week had elapsed. I spoke with you on the chat for some two hours that day trying to get matters sorted before I elected to have it done at first fitters yet again. In the anointed day, I took the car there and despite an appointment, had to wait over an hour before they did changed the tyres. If a £10 gift card as a good will gesture represents the time and trouble I’ve had, then I am very disappointed and would refuse it. I’d far rather share my story online on the likes of Facebook, Twitter and anything else that comes to mind plus give negative feedback on Trust pilot. I am sure no sane person would think it reasonable and to my mind it would be £10 well spent. You may wish to share the contents of this email with your said supervisor.

Lost my tyres. The couriers fault, but still Asda Tyres "couldn't do anything" but contact the courier. I've beeen waiting a month to have this resolved. Didn't really help me as the customer at all. Please do better to help your customers Asda Tyres!!!

We couldn't get to a fitting centre as our tyre wouldn't hold any air. Booked a mobile tyre fitting service for Tuesday and was allocated an all day slot 09.00-18.00 with fitter due to call prior to arrival. Got to 17.30 having taken a day off from work to be there and no arrival from Fitter. Called the Fitter directly 3 times between 17.30-18.00 and was re-directed to a mobile phone which was never answered and left 2 messages. By the time 18.00 arrived Asda Customer Service were already closed (17.30) which is a bit rubbish as their 'Fitters' are still working until 18.00. Called them at 08.30 next morning and they had no visibility of any issues. They called the Fitter who was a 'little agitated' by their call but agreed to come out at 10.00... Upon arrival, the Fitter said he'd forgotten about our order and didn't have his tools with him to get the wheel off so had to go back to depot to get them and came back later in the morning. Tyre was then replaced. Very shoddy service all round and you pay a premium for mobile tyre fitting via an added penalty of £25 if you only change 1 tyre. Despite having to use a days holiday from work and general distress of having to make numerous arrangements for additional school drop-off's and collections, no compensation from Asda and their response was 'we hope you get your tyre fitted today'... Non-existent communication from both parties and would actively suggest Customers avoid this dreadful 'service' proposition and spend your £150 elsewhere with someone who will provide you a better service

Booked car into have new tyres fitted. Arrived at the garage only to find it was all closed up. No communication whatsoever from Asda Tyres, seems they use small independent garages that have no/poor customer service. I would never use Asda tyres again.

Dreadful service - tyres didn't show up at the fitting centre. No call, no update, instead I was left waiting for an hour at the garage only to have to follow up on the missing tyres myself. Stick to the pros like Black Circles or Oponeo!!

Was away from home so booked through Asda at Formula One in Hemel Hempstead to be told on arrival machine broken so couldnt fit for another four days. Blamed Asda for not providing contact details why they didnt call. Called Asda who said they do but reeled off loads of T&Cs why they couldn't help. First and last time using Asda who cost me time and money. Gone back to more helpful and reliable online alternatives

The tires ordered have not been delivered. I showed up at the appointed time to the people who were supposed to replace my tires and to my surprise they had not received them. So Asda Tyres for me was a waste of time, fuel and nerves. After talking to them they said it would be the supplier's fault not theirs. For me it is their fault my order was registered with them not the supplier....

Happy with the price and the tyres however very dissatisfied with the fitting service by Protyres of Bury St Edmunds. After a week one of the tyres went down so I took it in for them to have a look and they refused to look at it for 3 days. I am reliant on my car so I am now driving around looking for someone else to do it. So unhelpful and very poor customer service.

After a lot of research I ordered a set of 4 tyres from Asdatyres and was happy with the tyres and the service but didn't get the £25 Asda gift card I had been expecting. It seems that I would have had to have entered a coupon code at checkout to get that offer. Bet a lot of people miss out.

Turned up for my appointment on time , I was kept waiting 2 hrs by the garage . Asda had confirmed the appointing time without access to the garage diary and the garage didn’t contact me beforehand to rebook. Will not be using Asda tyres again . Misleading confirmation email and poor working relationships with Garage which in turn leads to very unsatisfactory customer services -each blamed the other the problems.

I had a terrible experience with the pre-booked fitting last week. At the Tyre Centre there were two fitters and a manager. The manager told me I had paid far too much for the tyres via Asda and should have gone direct to them. Then tried to sell me alignment for £40. I declined. One of the fitters then told me the first wheel off had an issue with a leaky valve which would cost £30 to replace. His English was very poor and I asked whether any of the other wheels had an issue. His colleague hadn’t checked them all but said no which made me suspicious. In addition I thought it was very strange as I had no puncture issue prior to taking the car in. I was only changing the tyres due to their age and because the tread was wearing down. Both fitters insisted the valve was bad but I did not agree to a change. When finished one of the fitters asked me to pay £30 for the new valve. Although I had not even agreed to the fitting of this and had no cash I did pay by card. Mainly because I just didn’t wish to stay longer and have an argument with someone with very limited English. I since checked online and found out that £30 is an outrageous price for replacing a valve and feel that I have been conned. Very disappointed and do not think this service is befitting of the ASDA brand
