An absolute joke. I've bought tyres through Asda. One of the pair ended up leaking air constantly and they wouldn't replace it. The only way customer service works is to get the tyre off the car, buy a new tyre, and fit it on your car if you need the car to commute while they send the defective one to the manufacturer, and then if the manufacturer believes that there was indeed an issue with the defective tyre, they will refund you only for how much tread is left on the tyre. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.
