Jan 31,2025They did not stock my original choice being a certain winter tyre but they had another brand, quite acceptable and the best fitted price for the same. Within an hour, the fitting partner contacted me to say they had arrived at their garage. I was offered fitting the day I had chosen or even the following day after the order which I took. The tyres are now fitted perfectly without any issue. So ordered Wednesday and fitted Thursday. With service like that, I can't see why I would go anywhere elsewhere, even if it was a little more in price.

Jan 30,2025I ordered two tyres on 27/1 and arrived at the tyre fitting centre at the allotted time on 29/1 only to find that they had not received the tyres. I had taken a day off work to have the tyres fitted. I called ASDA and was told that they would investigate and call me straight back, which they didn't! I called again 1.5 hours later and was then informed that my tyres had been delivered to the wrong fitting centre and that replacements could not be supplied until the following afternoon. Having an MOT booked for the following day, I had no choice but to cancel the order, leaving me under pressure to find alternatives in a very short space of time, made even worse by not being called back, as promised. Poor service. Will never use again! Despite not calling me back as promised, the ASDA call centre staff were polite and apologetic.
