Jun 15,2024When I arrived for my original fitting the garage claimed to have no knowledge of my booking and said they hadn't received my tyres. They also said they were too busy to fit them even if they had arrived. I phoned the customer service team at Asda Tyres who confirmed 1. My booking had been confirmed to the fitter and 2. My tyres had been sent to the fitter earlier that day. Eventually I had to re book with another fitter a couple of days latter, causing me inconvenience and wasted time. New fitter did a good job in the time agreed.

Ones the tyres was orders the booking was available quick and easy. I was looking for an Allseason, good quality, great price tyres and I found them here. My time was spare same as the stress. The garage was lovely organised, profesional, willing to help and respectful. Great experience overall

Jun 14,2024Purchasing and fitting the tyres was simple, paid online. Tyres were fitted by Tyre technicians. Tyre technicians were were welcome and professional in changing the tyres. I was impressed buy how clean and tidy the place was. Highly recommend.

Jun 14,2024Good price for the tyres, best I could find. Tyres supplied on time and were all very recently manufactured. Some confusion around valve requirements as these are high pressure tyres. Asda had specified standard valves on the fitter instructions which are not sufficiently high spec to cope with the pressures (75psi). The following advice from tyresafe.org . Advice : Tyre valves must be suitable for the inflation pressures and for the wheels, and must be in good condition. Metallic or special high pressure valves are normally required with CP-type tyres. Seek the advice of a tyre specialist. A call out to Ruth in Asda customer services who at least tried to sort out the issue. Asda need to look into this so that they can request the appropriate valves when they book the fitter.
