Jul 04,2024Garage claimed to have no record of the booking - yet Asda had already billed my account. Wasted hours. Probably the fault of the garage rather than Asda, but at the end of the day, they put their name to the service so ultimtely they need to improve. Customer service lady was very apologetic and friendly which was good.

However its the THIRD time already that the tyre shop have called me ,after booking online through Asda, that the tyres arent actually available on that day. I often have had to wait another three days! Booking system really needs to be fixed as its just not realistic at all.

Jul 03,2024Ordered Bridgestone 'Turanza 6' tyres, got Potenzas fitted. The fitters have scratched the alloy wheels rather badly, particularly in the area around the wheel studs. Asda response: 'take it up with the fitters' But we paid our money to Asda, not the fitters, so our contract is with them. Customer service like chocolate fireguard. Probably even less use. At least you can eat molten chocolate.

Jul 01,2024Very poor service and also false advertising through pictures of the tyres and it does not states that pictures are not the same with what you’ll get. Ordered x4 tyres Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 which I’ve paid £775 and in the pictures of Asda websites they were with rim protection and when received & fitted to the vehicle tyres didn’t have a rim protection. Don’t buy from them!! Email sent to customer service and they said that can’t help me as the tyres have been fitted already and are perishable goods. LoL

Jun 30,2024Ordering online easy and good choice of tyres. Booked appointment with one of tyre fitting garage called F1 AUTOCENTRES orpington for early appointment at at 8.30. As soon as I had payed for order they phone to tell me that 8.30 am appointment not available so thet said 10.00am was available which I took, when I asked how long job would take they couldn't give me a answer only to be told we don't have a tyre fitter what a joke.Asda need to look who they painter up with. Ended up cancelling order would be 5 stars if it wasn't for F1 AUTOCENTRES clowns
