May 30,2024We bought two tyres through Asda and had them fitted at Savoy Motorcentre in Beverley. I would without a doubt recommend Buying tyres from Asda and have the fitted at Savoy Motorcentre in Beverley if you live in the area. We had previously ordered two tyres from another supplier and they sent the wrong tyres. Asda were very efficient..we got a date and time for the job to be done and Savoy Motorcentre started to fit the tyres right away ..we got a call within the hour saying that the car was ready to collect. Can't praise either one enough.

May 30,2024Good afternoon Ref: Complain regarding fitter and ASDA Tyres I would like to make an official complaint regarding my order this morning and the shamble service information i got of the tyre fitters! When I turned up this morning at 08:15 I waited out side the fitters and once the open the tyre Fitters informed me that tyre machine is broken over two weeks and they informed ASDA and Black Circle! However it’s not the case as when I booked my tyres appointment nothing was mentioned online regarding the issue! I turned up and turned away by fitter no fault of them but truly fault of ASDA how come you guys don’t have information about your tyre fitters unable to help customers! Extremely poor services, waste of time and waste of money I had to pay travel to work! On top the lady I was talking to was more focused on refund than helping the customer and apparently no mobile fitters available in my area which is shame! I got booking done for 30th May 2024 and when I called my new fitter under new reference aASDJB5Z3TC3 just to see if he got any early slots available the guy informed me that well you book in during our lunch break ASDA tyre should be booking people during our lunch break and all the BS! I just wonder if they fitter are so flipping useless why you ASDA got contract with them! I am not getting service done for free so why people treating customers like s***!!! Shame ASDA tyre and the fitters customer service skills are so pathetic, full of excuses and no empathy towards customers! I will be posting this on Trustpilot too! Just to let others know how poor customer service is at ASDA Tyres!

May 29,2024This marks my third experience getting tires fitted through ASDA, and it's been quite the saga each time. Just to clarify, this review reflects my overall ASDA Tyre experience, not the company ASDA Tyres themselves. The first time I bought ASDA tires, the local fitter I selected called me shortly after booking to inform me that I had been double-booked and needed to reschedule. It wasn't a huge issue, but when I dropped off my car at the new appointment time and returned an hour later, it still hadn't made it into the workshop. It took over two hours to change just two tires. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to do the work. The second time, with a different fitter, I arrived on time in the morning only to be bluntly told, "We won't be fitting them today". The garage made excuses as to not having a fitter available and then when I asked why they hadn't called to let me know there was an issue, they claimed they didn't have my number. ASDA themselves later confirmed this wasn't true. The third time, again with a different fitter, I arrived to find out that the tires hadn't even shown up. I called ASDA, who said the tires were still in transit and that the garage would notify me upon arrival. After waiting two hours, I called the garage again and was told, "They've just arrived" (which I seriously doubt). They then said they couldn't fit them and that I needed to return at 3 PM the next day, an appointment I couldn't make. In all fairness, ASDA Tyre's customer service has been polite and helpful. However, there seems to be a significant issue with the fitters. It feels like they might be prioritizing their own direct customers or perhaps aren't allowed to contact ASDA customers directly (though this obviously wasn't the case the first time). Whatever the reason, dealing with ASDA Tyres has been a frustrating test of my patience.

May 29,2024Paid ÂŁ160 for a premium tyre, given next day slot for a fitting at A1 auto centres. Turned up at 1.30pm for the tyre to be fitted and like many others have experienced, no tyre had been sent across for fitting. Couldn't contact Asda until Following Tuesday due to bank holiday weekend. Tuesday morning in phone to Asda, who apologised and said they would chase up and get back to me. Nobody did at all. I called A1 auto centre after multiple attempts to get through, who told me my tyre was now in. Having been let down in Saturday with the fitting and needing the new tyre fitting due to car being booked in for an MOT on Wednesday morning, they kindly fitted me in but we're clearly hacked off with Asda tyres stating they had sent multiple emails, and wanted nothing more to do with Asda tyres, I was made to wait 45 minutes whilst the fitter took a break. I only just made the garage to drop off my car for its MOT tomorrow. My point is these fitters state they have nothing to do with Asda tyres which is not strictly correct as Asda subcontract the work to them, customers should not be made to feel like a nuisance having bought their tyres in this way, if A1 auto centres don't want the work from Asda tyres don't accept the work. Asda tyres you need to get your house in order as your communication with paying customers has been abysmal, having spent ÂŁ160 with you I should not have had the inconvenience of wasted journeys, emails and phone calls to chase up where my tyre was. I will not use you again

May 28,2024The staff were friendly and fast. KMC Tyres is a small place on a, somewhat, hard to find industrial estate (Google maps leads you to outside a house on a housing estate). Tyres are changed out in the yard but it is done quickly and I was offered tea and coffee. No complaints.
