Apr 12,2023After a lot of research my wife decided on the byACRE carbon overland rollator. The price from Assist Mobility was very competitive so order was placed with them. Ordering was quick and easy and item was delivered within a few days. Well packaged and no damage. Rollator itself is excellent and easy to use. Minor annoyance is slight wheel noise on uneven surface but overall she is very happy.

Apr 08,2023Having been advised by my Physiotherapist that a rollator would help with posture and independence as well as mobility, I was keen to find one to suit my needs. I was not familiar with the ByAcre brand and found Assist Mobility's range and descriptions very helpful. This is quite an expensive purchase, so I appreciated other users' reviews, and details such as weight and dimensions in the description. A primary benefit was speedy delivery, which I was not expecting for an item from outside the UK. My rollator arrived very well packaged, and, as promised, ready to use straight from the box. I am very pleased with it - stylish and well designed - and look forward to using it to get out more regularly.

Apr 07,2023This rollator is light weight, compact, and easily folded to put into the car, and takes up less room indoors. All wires safely tucked out of the way inside the frame. It is is very easy to use and enhances mobility. Fast delivery, and arrives ready assembled for immediate use.

When a tiny flaw came to light a week or two later on one of the attachments that I’d purchased, they had a replacement item already sorted for delivery within hours of me emailing them. They had quickly contacted the manufacturer, who are overseas, and the replacement was courier tracked. Excellent customer service!

Using a shopping trolley helped me so I looked up rollators and chose the light weight one from byAcre as it looked neat and I needed to be able to take it on a plane. It has been such a help, it has made me walk faster with less pain and it’s design has been much admired. It fits in my car boot and I can lift it in and out with ease. It was delivered quickly and has been used several times, to my great satisfaction. Thank you.

Mar 10,2023I was unsure which product would suit my wife, I received excellent telephone advice. The product that I chose is excellent well built, light and the larger wheels glide over the humps and bumps on our local pavements. At the time of ordering I also purchased an accessory which was out of stock, the money was refunded and back in my bank account with in two hours. The bonus for me, I no longer have to carry the shopping bags. The rollator was delivered ready for use before 10.00am the next morning Excellent service and product I cannot recommend this company enough.
