What a lovely company. I ordered from them based the price for the item I wanted being a lot cheaper than elsewhere and also from the reviews on Trustpilot. I worry that online companies might not be trustworthy so was glad others had great experiences. I ordered my Rollz rollator online but after placing my order they rang me to apologise that due to brexit uncertainty there might be a delay (EU Manufacturer) and offered alternative choices if I needed the item sooner (but I was happy to wait).They regularly updated me with the process, and when couriers tried to add on extra import tariffs Assist Mobility sorted the confusion. I didn't have to do a thing and wasn't charged anything. All representatives were lovely on the phone and kept me informed and updated with the unusual circumstances and delivery expectations. I will definitely order more products from this company. I have my eye on a stylish lightweight Acre rollator next.

Your very prompt delivery of the by acre Walker was much appreciated. This modern looking Walker is such an improvement on other makes.I do not feel quite so much a 90 year old lady when using such a good looking machine. It’s weight is a huge plus to all those who kindly lift it into their cars when they take me out. Thank you.

Very positive experience. Staff were helpful and efficient on my initial purchase and went above and beyond when I had to exchange for a larger size, even liaising with the manufacturer in Denmark to arrange for a replacement to be sent directly to me to avoid delay

Assist mobility’s service was excellent- they answered all our questions about the product on the chat line efficiently and processed the order quickly. Also dealt with a parcel force delay immediately even though we contacted them in the evening Well done

The Assist Mobility team have been consistently prompt and totally courteous in their service. I’ve enjoyed doing business with them. They gave realistic info about delivery times, as my rollator was coming from abroad, and they also facilitated getting my order placed to minimise delay.

I used this company to purchase my Walker Their service was brilliant, response was immediate. All my questions answered to my complete satisfaction Being an elderly lady I find this quality of customer care Very rare. Delivery was in a few days I would recommend this company 100%.

Excellent service. Very patient and willing to answer any questions. Didn't push for a sale. Rollator Rollz All Terrain is much easier than my last rollator - its wonderful. Colour is lovely. Not noisy.
