Aug 07,2023The walking frame is perfect. The speed of delivery great. I was only disappointed with the way of delivery. Well organised with the timing and hours, could follow it all on my computer. Was expecting the item to be delivered at my frontdoor on the first floor, but it was dropped in the hall at street level and my young granddaughter, who would help me unpack, was urged to drag the heavy package herself to my front door, which she did, but it was almost impossible. The deliverer should have assisted in that. We were at the ready for the call, but he had left already. We then enjoyed the unpacking and assembling the walker.

Jul 13,2023It is not your service that was poor, it was the object that I bought. I fixed the umbrella to my Topro rollator and walked around with it for a while. It was difficult to get it straight when I opened the umbrella. I was caught out in the rain and tried to put it up. I couldn’t get it to keep the rain off of me and let me see where I was going at the same time: I was constantly re-adjusting it. I reached a place where I would normally flip the front wheels up but I didn’t see it. The wheels caught and I went over the top of the rollator causing some nasty bruising to my shins. I am nearly 83 and I was surprised that I didn’t break a bone somewhere but I got home and removed the umbrella from the rollator never to be replaced.

Jul 11,2023It's hard to find words to say just how amazing my experience was when I contacted Assist Mobility. I'd got to the point where I knew that I needed a rollator but was still reluctant to make the move and commit. I'd done my research, I knew what I wanted, but had queries about such a big purchase. I contacted Assist Mobility by email and got a quick reply with the information I'd asked for, but I was still dithering. So I rang them up. Wow, fabulous! I spoke to people who understood how I was feeling, who treated my worries and hesitations with respect, and who didn't attempt to push a sale. Because I couldn't try before buying they reminded me that they have a returns policy if a product is unsuitable and that they were there whenever I felt ready. I was so reassured that I rang 5 days later and bought my rollator over the phone. And they remembered me! I ordered before midday and delivery was next day. I've since ordered some accessories and have had the same first class friendly and personal service. Assist Mobility made buying my rollator a positive experience, they even registered it for the manufacturer's guarantee for me. If you are thinking that you need any sort of mobility aid just ring them up and ask your questions, they are so approachable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Assist Mobility and give them maximum stars with complete confidence!

Jul 04,2023GREAT WEE JOB ! Purchasing the by ACRE has been one of the best decisions I have ever made . I have a balance problem and I had given up my regular walking because I felt embarrassed and didn’t enjoy it. By ACRE is now my best buddy ,like a prop. It’s an excellent design - very stylish which was important to me, it’s super light and the seat is useful too.. I can now stride out with good posture like I use to do, take a rest if I need to and pop it into the boot with one hand because it’s so light. It has given me a new lease of life. I ordered the wrong size byACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator to begin with and after realising this I phoned them and they couldn't have been more helpful. They advised how to return it to them and I ordered the correct size and that was with me the following day. Once the original Rollator had been received by them, they refunded the cost of that. They have advised and explained everything that I needed clarification from. I would always recommend them. This Rollator has made my life so much better, and I cannot recommend this product enough. Very pleased indeed with everything.
