Jun 08,2023Great assistance from Kim to get a return sorted out as we ordered a rather snug size to begin with. The Ultralite is very lite and the blue colour is gorgeous. It was ready to use from the box and really easy to unpack. The handles gently curve in to prevent knuckle scrape if you are close to a wall and there are lots of other thoughtful details and additions, we bought the grocery bag too which holds a good amount of shopping.
