Aug 12,2022Pity there was a hold up in delivery, due to none being in stock. Delighted with the item, so easy to lift and transport. The "locking" bands for the handles fell off the first time I took it out. It need something more substantial fixed to the frame. The extra backrest was an essential for safety.

I would highly recommend to anyone who needs that little bit extra to make their journeys and adventures worry free. Assist Mobility have the best customer service team I've had the pleasure of working with. I knew I was asking for the near impossible about my delivery date, but they came through, I had my walker in time for my granddaughter's graduation, cobble streets and all, easy and comfortable. In short the product is great but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you so much.

Aug 05,2022Brilliant so lightweight. Cannot fault it.I go out more it helps my breathing etc. Do find organiser slips off one side will get another travel lock to hold in place both sides. Sadly due to poor vision I did hit my foot on kerb lifter. Tore skin very badly and left blood trail all over my town. Had to see nurse to bandage and have to return tomorrow. Fault of my vision not Rollator. So,pleased I got it.
