Mar 10,2022Really excellent service! Very good and friendly advice when I was wishing to buy a higher cost byAcre rollator and wished to try at home first. Was told I could buy to try indoors with the option of returning it in two weeks if I liked. It gave me confidence to get the rollator which I really appreciated. The byAcre rollator is perfect so of course it remains with me! 🙂

Mar 09,2022I am loving my byacre rollator. It really light weight, looks good and was delivered quickly. I can't wait for weather to improve a bit so I can get out & try to build my walking up a bit. The lady I spoke to at assist mobility whilst deciding if spending the money on it was very helpful & imformative about seat height etc - thanyou. As a 48 year old MS sufferer I am really glad I purchased it & it feels like a positive in an often difficult life 😊. One thing that would be great on the rollator would be some kind of cup holder

Mar 09,2022Could not have asked for more, from making a telephone call yesterday afternoon around 2pm asking questions, which were answered immediately, placing the order, at a price I could not beat anywhere, and then receiving the rehasense space LX, which was exactly what I wanted and needed, at 12.30pm today. Amazing I would reccomend this company to everyone.

Feb 25,2022Customer service was outstanding. Delivery was within 3 days. The rise up extra was absolutely necessary. The extra transporter bag was my only issue. Far too difficult to use even with help. My purchase was for protection on my travels one of which I have taken in the last week. The rollator was perfect and easy use with stewardesses at the airport but I had to make my own bag to save it from getting scratched. All told assist mobility could not have been more helpful and easy to get hold of. Due to the transporter bag not being easy to use I sent it back and a refund was in my bank account with in 4 days.
