Apr 26,2022A really good company to deal with, just what is needed when you have other stresses in your life. We ordered two of the lightest rollators from byAcre so that my husband could see & feel which one he preferred. This was no problem for Assist Mobility, just had to return the one not needed. We were guided by them the best way to return it, this was done through Parcel Force & it worked like a dream. Notification that it has been retuned successfully & monies back almost immediately - very impressed.

Apr 14,2022A fantastic experience. Pleasant conversation over the phone at about 3pm. Delivery took place at 8.30pm the following morning. I am rather disabled yet the box containing my Carbon Ultralight walker was easy to open and the rollator was ready to use. It is so light and yet will carry a useful amount of shopping. It goes into my Car boot so easily. I am really thrilled I have bought this rollator.

Mar 30,2022Assist Mobility couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant when I was ordering my By Acre Carbon Overland Rollator. Any enquiries were responded to promptly and they kept me up to date on the shipment times. The rollator itself has made a huge difference to my everyday- it is light enough for me to lift it up onto a kerb, and it is much easier to fold, control, and transport compared to my previous one. The tyres have enabled me to walk on uneven terrain, and I have even made it to the beach(!), where it copes extremely well on compact sand. My friends and family who help me get out and about have all commented on how well-designed and functional it is, and I have even had strangers ask me where I got it! It has taken me some time to accept that I need a mobility aid at such a young age, but I can honestly say this product is a pleasure to use, and it has helped me to appreciate how much more freedom and independence I CAN have with an aid like this, rather than dwelling on the independence I have lost.
