Jul 19,2021I was contacted after I placed my order, because the colour I had requested was not in stock. My revised order arrived in 2 days, assembled and, once adjusted for height, ready to use. Much easier to use than my old upright walker, and I felt much safer using it. Only disappointment was that it is for indoor use only- the online information was a bit ambiguous about this.

Jul 09,2021Brilliant easy use website, all information possibly needed & goodgenuine offers/deals, these health ‘assisting appliances/equipment’ can be extremely costly but these at assist mobility have fair prices with good quality products! This Walker literally changes my life and quality. Company were brilliant I had queries and emailed and received emails in return straight away and even phone calls from the team to ensure my queries were completely answered and kept me up to date with delivery information and details, as myself, my mother and also my disabled daughter all needed walkers and at the same time & I needed to make sure they were light, compact and suited each one of us individually. Will definitely be using again! Thank you assist!
Regaining freedom
Jul 09,2021I have had this rollator almost 3 weeks, always avoiding mobility aids in the past as I felt they were ‘not for me’ but I cannot rate it highly enough. It has given me the confidence to go out and not have the worry of falling. It is lightweight, easy to lift in and out of a car and so easy to walk with. It is sleek and stylish, I absolutely love it and would not be without it. The brake cables being hidden certainly makes this rollator a lot more appealing. The service from assist mobility was excellent, they kept me updated from the day I placed my order, delivery was tracked and the rollator arrived well packed in perfect condition. One very pleased customer. Thank you.

Jun 28,2021Absolutely brilliant rollator which is sleek, modern and really light weight yet super strong. The black colour is classy and smart and I love my new found freedom using it. Hidden brake cables mean no more getting snagged by clothing displays in shops and it spins on a sixpence for good measure. Assist Mobility did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the progress of my order and showed a polite, kind, friendly approach which was followed through by stirling service. I highly recommend this product and the Assist Mobility company!! It was money very well spent.

Jun 24,2021The whole experience with assist mobility has been extremely good. Kim went far and beyond to help get a delivery on time for a friend to be able to use her rollator. The whole service was friendly, supportive and super efficient! My friend looooves her ByAcre rollator, the Ferrari of rollators! Really light, easy to open, use and fold. Well worth it. As for Assist Mobility, I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Highly recommend this company. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would... Will write a review about the Rollator when we have taken delivery (next week WC 28th June 2021) and have had time to get Dad use to it.

May 21,2021I purchased a byACRE Carbon ultra-light rollater for my mum, I had no clue what I was purchasing other than I wanted something that did not make her feel like an old lady, but something that would help her and give her confidence to stay active, I called many "mobility" stores and all were at best disinterested until I called Assist Mobility which was like the lights just got switched one, Mark was cheerful, sweet, funny, kind and very knowledgable, and made me feel as though he really cared as much about this purchase for my mum as I did, he followed up with out prompting, kept me up to date regarding delays in shipping most brilliantly of all always corresponded to me and my mum - adding her name into all of the emails - it truly made my day - thank you Mark so very much, thank's to Mobility Assist for driving a dazzling customer first business and ethos, and oh by the way the byACRE is just wonderful too - Joan LOVES IT!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

May 19,2021The service I received from Assist Mobility when I placed my order for a byAcre Carbon Ultralight Rollator was helpful, professional and courteous. When the Rollator arrived I realised that I should have ordered the wider track version, and enquired about it’s availability. Assist Mobility did not have any available and would not be able to obtain any from the manufacturer for quite some time, but said that I would be able to modify the one I had with a track widening kit. They did not have one in stock, but then took the trouble to arrange for Byacre to send one directly to me, which has now arrived, Assist Mobility’s helpful, courteous attitude and professionalism throughout could not be faulted, I am more than happy with their service.

Their team provides expert advice on the suitability of equipment, which is offered at competitive prices, and ensures the customer receives regular updates on delivery. Order arrived securely packaged in recyclable cardboard. Online ordering process was easy and clear, and Sales team also accepted telephone orders, which is helpful.

Apr 14,2021Brexit made delivery difficult. Cane holder did not come with the rollator though ordered. Happy with product which has greatly increased my confidence and mobility. The lightness is amazing. Typical excellent scandinavian design.Rattles a bit when in use and blade of right brake closer to wheel rim than left brake. Adjustable?

Jul 21,202110 out of 10 not available - so 5 Stars Max it is! Fantastic company - going the extra extra mile with helping us purchase a walker for my Dad. Really cannot thank Assist Mobility enough. Dad has started to accept the walker ultra light one - expensive but worth every penny as it looks 21st century and v v light to push - the back rest is a must I would advise (extra cost) but worth for peace of mind. Would NEVER hesitate in using Assist Mobility again for any other purchases. Refreshing to use a company that really do care - thank you x
