Although the marble table I ordered arrived cracked in two, Emily was incredibly responsive and arranged for Ash Logistics to pick up the damaged table and sort the refund quickly. I would definitely buy from them again (perhaps just not marble!)

Jun 12,2020I bought the Hendricks chair at the beginning of lockdown and the delivery company kindly kept it until they could safely deliver it. I’ve now received the chair and am delighted with it. It’s a lovely item that looks chic and very expensive. I am using the chair as a dining chair but it would be lovely as an occasional chair in any room. It’s excellent quality and value for money.

Jun 04,2020Recently decided to upgrade our existing furniture from cheaper mass produced branded (Ikea-style) furniture to high-quality more boutique style furniture. We were looking for a new sideboard for the living room. After an intensive search over a few weeks, we stumbled across this website and shortlisted it as a website that we liked. A very clean, well presented website and the furniture looked beautiful; a real treasure trove of well made products. This was our first purchase with this company and our expectation around product quality and the customer service sitting behind it was very high - mainly due to the price tag of products. They do say you get what you pay for. We weren't disappointed. The company and their delivery partner Ash Logistics engaged with us proactively and professionally plus delivered all service elements exactly as stated. The product quality is excellent, the packaging was fit for purpose, product easy to construct (although only minor construction was required) with clear instructions/good product labelling and all customer service aspects were 'on point'. Would definitely recommend this eTailer and we will definitely be purchasing more items from them. As I specialise in customer communications management & CX professionally, I am conscious that I a very difficult customer to please.... yet they did please me. Well done Atkin and Thyme.

Apr 15,2020Purchased the Jumeirah Sideboard after seeing it online. Delivered within 2 weeks and at the specified time. Cabinet is lovely, very solidly built and seems sturdy. Doors are a little stiff on first opening, you have to pull quite hard but that may be the strength of the magnets. Only minor criticism is that one corner at the top of the cabinet has been sanded down more than the other corners, meaning there is a slight slope to it. Not hugely noticeable so happy with the product in general.

One arrived without fixtures but the company refunded the delivery charge and sent the missing screws a few days later.The items are great and the quality is really good. The lead time was quite long but we knew that when we ordered and the company stuck to their delivery date. Would recommend and use again.

Nov 30,2019Absolutely appalling customer service, constantly sending out damaged goods to replace damaged goods. Delivery and pick ups are nothing short of a disaster. Extremely dissapointing considering the price tags attached. Easily the worst company i have dealt with in terms of logistics. It's been a month long hassle now.

Aug 19,2019I ordered some table lamps from their site, they looked lovely. When they arrived only 1 worked and the second one did not have a switch in order to turn the lamp on and off. They were helpful in organizing an exchange but unfortunately, the replacement was a completely different lamp so it had to go back. 3rd time lucky I hoped but sadly not the case as this time it wouldn't work and it wasn't the fuse. By this point, I was fed up so we returned and asked for a refund. They obliged and were helpful but the refund didn't come so we have chased. At this point, we have no refund though! Avoid. EDIT we did get refunded. I would just be wary of ordering again due to the hassle.

I was a little hesitant after reading reviews and the item I purchased was on the expensive side so I used my Visa card in case of dispute , however I didn’t need the extra piece of mind , my first item arrived on time delivery was excellent and well communicated through it all, however it was damaged , I emailed the customer service a lovely lady called Emily promptly responded and asked for photos which I sent, the item was returned and redeliverd within 1 week, I was delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use this company again amazing service and amazing products

I found them on pinitrest and a few bloggers posts on Instagram. Really glad i did. Their customer service and seed of delivery has always been excellent too. Definitely recommend. Jul 10,2019I was really pleased with the blue velvet chair we bought from Atkin and Thyme and was upset when there was a manufacturing fault with it. I emailed Emily at Atkin and Thyme and I've never had such good customer service. She was apologetic and sorted it out immediately replacing it with a new chair within a few days. I have been very impressed by their quick response and it's a beautiful chair!
