Feb 11,2021We had a problem with our new unit because one of the marble shelves was slightly too big and didn’t fit. Atkin and Thyme dealt with this really well, apologising and sending out a new shelf a couple of days later. Greater example of using a problem to demonstrate great customer service. We were impressed and love our new unit.

Feb 09,2021In all honesty i don't review very often, however on this occasion i feel it necessary to highlight the service we have received, i have bought several items from atkin and thyme and all have been faultless from delivery to the items themselves. Recently we had an issue and we raised this with the company, we were contacted swiftly by a man called nick who made every effort to put right the problem. I am ashamed to say i never wrote a review when everything was perfect and it took me until now to write this but here it is! Great company great products and great service!!

They are also very competitively priced - have seen other products which are nowhere near as unique or well made for twice the price. Also their customer service is great. Great company.

Nov 24,2020Beautiful pieces and excellent customer service. We ordered a deco sideboard with a marble top and I was so excited when it arrived. It was super simple to put together but needed two of us to place the marble top on top. It was then that I noticed immediately that the marble had been delivered damaged and had cracked the full width of the top. I was so disappointed and contacted Atkin and Thyme immediately and sent them images of the damage. They responded so quickly and arranged for a replacement to be sent within the week. On the delivery of the new marble top, the couriers they used were amazing. They saw the damage, agreed it was bad and proceeded to replace it with the new one. I did not have to lift a finger even though I was more than prepared to do so. They were kind, quick and super polite and were in and out within 5 minutes. Now I have my BEAUTIFUL sideboard and I am so pleased with it. It really is a statement and lifetime piece. I love it. Thank you :) I would highly recommend Atkin and Thyme and will definitely use them again.

Nov 16,2020I bought my house around 2 years ago and now my house mostly consists of Atkin and Thyme furniture. The contempary style and sheer fit and finish of the products is next to none. I think if you looked for these similar items around at other high end furniture stores you'd be looking at paying far more than Atkin and Thymes price point, it is excellent value for anyone that has great pride in their home and has a certain design element they want to achieve. The service they provide is exemplary and the large item delivery from Ash Logistics is also first class. I can't say enough great things about this company and their product lines. Thank you Atkin and Thyme for allowing me to style my home like no other company could do.

Nov 14,2020I have ordered several items of furniture from Atkin and Thyme that I’ve been really pleased with. Even so, the Flute Marble Console Desk is a cut above; it’s truly stunning and I’m thrilled with it. It’s design is striking, the materials are of a high quality and though not inexpensive is worth every penny, in fact, I think it looks far more expensive than it actually was. When I first saw the design it was out of stock so I contacted the office and Nick and Emily very kindly said they would reserve one for me when they were notified of a new delivery, being a long standing customer. They were true to their word and updated me even when there was a slight delay. I’m so glad I was patient and waited for this beautiful desk. I’m delighted with it. Delivery was prompt as soon as the item was in stock. The friendly delivery guys unwrapped the item and left it in my hallway for me to put together which took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Atkin and Thyme, and most especially the Flute Marble Console Desk, it’s beautiful.

Sep 23,2020All I can say is WOW! I ordered the Reeves dining table which is stunning. A good solid table with practical gold inner leg meaning you can fit more people round it. So well made and looks triple the price. Then today the El Capitan sideboard that I had preordered arrived. I am blown away by it. It’s unbelievably stylish, very solid with chunky wood. No mdf in sight! Again it looks 3 times the price. I won’t buy furniture from anywhere else now. Thankyou A&T
