Appointment was easy to book. Having booked, I received a phone call for an earlier appointment, which suited me. So no waiting about, appointment was quick and repair is hardly noticeable. I have used Autoglass before, and would definitely use them again.

Really shocking service and the management doesn’t have a clue. I booked my car in for an appointment at the Nottingham branch, when I arrived, I was told the systems down and they can’t see my booking. I rang customer services and spent an hour on the phone, to be told I’d get a phone call the following day, by a manager, to get me booked in before I went to Ireland. They never rang so I had to chase them up. Unfortunately, I had to take my car with a badly damaged windscreen to Ireland because of their incompetence. I’m still waiting to get it repaired nearly two weeks after making the initial appointment. Really, really poor. Rewriting this again… because I made a complaint over 10 days ago and never heard anything back. Such a disappointment. Seems like they just aren’t bothered
Very quick and clean
Customer service is shocking !! Had a new windscreen on 13th of January , a big 18” crack appeared in my screen less than 2 weeks later and despite attempts to contact them via their online forms as requested I have had no response what so ever ! Had to use them as the recommended fitter for my insurers but would certainly advise people to stay clear. To make a complaint to them you have to send a fax or letter !! It’s the 21st century!!
