First time ever in life i got to replace windscreen on my car and got it done through insurance and they sent autoglass out to get the job done, and i found them extremely helpful professional and friendly, most importantly 100 percent satisfaction as factory standard.
The gent was professional and friendly, he checked over my car before doing the windscreen, the gent saved me £100 and said a new windscreen wasn't needed just a chip repair, bonus! Thank you

Wrong windscreen order so couldn't fit it on the day of the initial appointment. No one bothered to phone me back the next day to re arrange the appointment or to even explain what went wrong. Had to wait a further week to get replacement fitting mean it was 2 week from the damage to the repair being carried out. Complaint was submitted and it took 1 week just to acknowledge the complaint. no outcome or response. just an email to say it has been received. The technician that find fitted the window was excellent and very pleasant. Would 100% avoid in future if possible
Autoglass provided the level of service which you always hope for in auto repairs but don't always get. Good timing, lots of relevant information, quality work and ease of booking. What more can you ask for?

My experience with auto glass was somewhat mixed 1/ there is too much messing around having to ring up an 0800 number and then get the usual options. YOU DON'T actually get to speak to anyone it's a complete inconvenience and waste of time. 2/ they should go back to the old ways someone who is human who can book an appointment for you without having to mess around getting emails and messages total waste of time and Money Well probably not wasting money it's saving them money in the long term ? 3/ it will be a lot better if they spent less time sending out survey for you to complete asking you how they have done Before they even get the job started I have had three up to date !!! Finally 😄 here is a good review Michael who works for auto glass in the car park at Morrisons in Grimsby was the Best technician who actually carried out the work for me to repair a chip in my windscreen. He was indeed very very helpful he helped me through booking my vehicle in for repair And for it to be repaired the same day !!! This gentleman were very professional and very polite I think he is a credit to auto glass as a company. Top marks to him. I do definitely recommend auto glass apart from the hassle of having to ring around they are pretty efficient once you get past all the usual formalities !!! Don't be put off by having to ring up and having two be pressing this and pressing that before you can get through to speak to somebody human. I'm afraid that's the way the world now that's why the country is in such a mess in my opinion. But there again if they had a proper call centre they probably would be all foreigners and you wouldn't be able to understand them anyway, like most of most call centres are these days Mr John McCormick
