I have tried to contact AYP numerous times via their contact us function on the website Items have not been sent and there has not been any response to my 2 emails. Awful customer service, now I am trying to get my money back as I have purchased the items elsewhere AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful service. After waiting a week for items to arrive I logged into my account to find they still haven't been dispatched. Do not bother with these guys. Use a more reputable company that might be slightly more expensive but at least you won't be waiting forever for items ordered
Updating from 1 to 2 stars as this did arrive a little over 3 weeks after the order date. Communication from the company was pretty poor: I was updated only in the form of automated emails (eg a shipped notification two days after asking where my order is); no apology or human response. Still took another 7 days after that, so slow and uncommunicative from start to finish. Orig review: Website stated 3-5 day delivery but took 5 days before the product I ordered was even approved for dispatch. It’s been 11 days now and still in “processing”. The product was for an anal fissure that reopened this morning because I’d run out of my prev supply to treat it. No communication from the pharmacy at all beside the note to say it had been approved.

Ordered items 5 months ago not recieved. In each contact with AYP, I was told it would be 2 more weeks. I finally requested a refund which has not been received. I have raised a dispute with my bank. 2 stars awarded as I have ordered from them successfully before although the delivery time was significantly longer than promised.
Never received the order. They never answered any emails. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I had to get them involved to obtain a refund. Which they did. Then I receive an email from the company. Would never use them.
Eye drops. Easy to use website. Products a very good price and delivery was as stated.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I Ordered items over 4 weeks ago and still not been sent. I’ve messaged via the contact form, email and via their online chat. I’ve only had one reply telling me that my order would be shipped by the end of the week. Since then nothing, no reply. I’ve used AYP-healthcare ( also known as chemist 2 home) for years with no issues. Then this. The customer service has been awful. Looking at other reviews I’m not to only one.
I ordered six packets of hay fever tablets through AYP's 'storefront' on Amazon. There's a saving, of course, for buying multiple packets. I've had such pills from AYP before with no problems. However, this time, when 'they' arrived there was only one packet! (The packing note said 'six' - it's hard to understand how such an error could be made.) I messaged AYP through Amazon and direct to them through their web site (once I'd found a way of doing that). I just asked them to please send me the remaining five packets. I never warranted a response to the 'direct' messaging, but they did respond through Amazon, saying immediately that they'd refund the remaining money! I didn't want a refund (and told them this was the case) - I just wanted my pills. My response and every reply after that was simply ignored and they went ahead and refunded me. So, I'm now looking for another supplier - had I not bothered with AYP (and I will not in future), I could have saved the time and effort! I totally accept that things do go wrong, but the difference between a good business and a poor one is how they then deal with the problem. Promptly shutting down the order and sending a refund - despite what the customer wants, and with no real explanation - is not the 'good' way. That said, by the looks of AYP's profile here, it seems that their customer service is pretty much run along these lines!
wanted to return but no one sent a label, i ended up paying for it to be returned and requested a delivery repayment but still no answer - I emailed and called too.
Product came outside of its packaging
Terrible. Ordered medication 29.07.24 and messaged a week later to ask where the order is. At that point I get an email stating they are busy and it will be sent out by the end of the week. Then another 5-7 working days for delivery. Asked for a refund- What kind of service is that!
I have placed an order for eye drops on 22nd of July , I am still waiting for my order , I have emailed several times and also messaged online and still nothing to this date 05.08.2024

I received the order almost four months after placing the order, I contacted them nay times and got the first reply after two month! Very bad experience

I order 3 packs of 30 tablets Piriteze. They ship two packs 30 tablets and one pack 14 tablets. And I email the customer service. They don't reply.

Aug 14,2024Did not receive my order made on 20th July so I emailed to query why. Got a response to inform me of issues handling surge of orders they received but reassurance my order would be dispatched within a week. i was willing to give them a chance and leeway but over a week later still no sign of my order so I emailed again and as I have still not had any response 4 days later, I have requested a refund via PayPal. Best route to go…
