They could deliver the goods ordered which have now been on order since 25th April
Didn’t get order for weeks very little contact even when emailed a couple of times I got no reply
If I could give you zero, I would. I waited for months for my product to be delivered, very little apology for the delay and very little communication. They completely stopped replying to emails at one point. This has happened before too, so not a one off occasion. I shan’t be using AYP again.
Waited weeks for my medication which is something that is not in short supply and was available over the counter at my local pharmacy. Doubt I will use this company again despite them being slightly cheaper and the reason I ordered through them in the first place.

Delivery was so long 😫
Ordered Syndol tablets. Delivery took forever and they sent the wrong product. As there's no telephone number I guess I should have been a bit more savvy but it looked legit. They need to call me to resolve and refund or I'll be taking the matter further. Not happy
The product arrived promptly and ordering online was a simple process. Very reliable and also highly competitive on price.
Spent £35 on medical products … still not received 4 months later and no reply to request for refund .. do not use !
Absolutely dreadful. When my items hadn't arrived after 3 weeks I contacted AYP who said there was a delay. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They canceled the order but didn't refund me. I raise 3 different complaints and was told something different each time - we've changed our refund process, it'll be with you in 5 days, etc. In the end I contacted by bank so officially contest the £98 I'd spent and try to get it back. Shortly after AYP sent me the items despite my having put in writing several times that it was too late for the items (I'd had to buy them elsewhere) and I wanted a refund. Criminal. So I'm £98 out of pocket with items I can't use.
After they wouldn’t grant me a cream which I know I can have because my doctors had prescribed it for me, it has taken over 4 months for my money to be refunded!
Although it seemed that the item I ordered was in stock, it obviously wasn’t. After two weeks I hadn’t heard from AYP so I chased them up. They said that due to receiving many orders they were behind in processing them but I would receive my order in about a week. I didn’t. So after another two weeks I chased them again, cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I did not get a reply to my polite email. I then purchased the item from another pharmacy and it arrived in a couple of days. Still no word and no refund from AYP. Then, out of the blue, the item arrived, about six weeks late. No apology or further explanation. I won’t be buying from them again!

It's taken ages brought in April, not long had it delivered, doesn't reply to emails, I wouldn't recommend them either
Poor communication, sent after 2 months and ignored the email stating I wanted a refund and to cancel my order. Cowboys.
Initial order took long time to (not) arrive. Chased AYP, offered immediate refund or unspecified future delivery. Took the refund option. Heard nothing, no refund. Phoned them, no answer. Tried to inform M&S Mastercard but their system absolute rubbish, abandoned that: decided to write off the £17 and forget it. Product arrived some time later. AYP communication is useless, that is they don't. Following AYP response - I won't spend any more time on this matter.
This company took my order and money on the 17th March Did not send the items Contacted customer service to ask for a refund 24th April. They replied with a story about delays and I asked for a refund. To date no refund received despite repeated requests. They take your money, do not reply to responses for refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards
1) Order delayed for over 6 weeks. 2) Your customer service did not reply to my messages. 3) I asked customer service for a refund but did not get a reply. 4) was not given, and I only had my order delivered when my bank was asked to intervene. 5) I will definitely not use your company again, and advise anyone who asks me, to do the same.
Waited ages for delivery a couple of months only gave 1 star has I had to put something down.

Jul 09,2024Do not recommend this company at all Ordered originally months ago. Item never arrived kept being told system issues and would be resolved. I asked for refund multiple times as ended up sourcing elsewhere. They said they would but completely ignored from memory I originally ordered back in March.. poor service and even poorer communication
