Jul 10,2024Failed to deliver what was ordered and paid for in April. Very poor, or no, communication to their online messages, phone voice mail or emails. Had requested a refund and after 3 months from ordering had given up hope of getting that, but today, July, fully refunded. Poor service though all round.

Jul 10,2024Made an order in late March, it didn't turn up. I requested a refund because I had to purchase the item elsewhere. They responded months later asking how I would like to be refunded and I responded promptly, confirming how. Then, the order turned up, in July. I no longer need it & I did not receive a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Jul 10,2024Not one star. HALF a star. I ordered Evotears on 14 March. I just received it today, 10 July, nearly FOUR MONTHS later. I was never advised of a delay and when I did finally receive the item, there was no packing slip. Very, very poor service.

Jul 10,2024Shame I could only give one as I wanted to give NONE but it's the only way to give a review, these people who run this NHS Pharmacy should have their licences revoked , they are a sham. I ordered some medication on the 18th of April and I finally received them on the 27th of June and none of my emails were answered, God help anyone that needed their meds urgently , they would be in big trouble. They need to be struck off the medical register and cease trading, and yes I am, very bitter and frustrated against and with these people.

Jul 10,2024I will not be a returning customer. I placed the order back in April. After waiting for 3 weeks I was then told that my order is delayed due to backlog. I kept on waiting for a further few weeks. After a month a half I still did not have my order. I contacted customer care to request a refund. After being asked for my bank details and told that I will be refunded immediately, I received an email informing me that my product was on its way to me. Needless to say, nothing is worth waiting that long. Customer Services made no effort to keep me updated about these delays and I had to chase and contact them instead.
