Jul 27,2024Tony and his team were excellent from the get-go. We needed a fence post repaired in both our front and back garden. From the initial enquiry, Tony was super quick to get us back a competitive and clear quote. He was excellent with communication and was happy for us to book in several weeks in advance of a time that worked for us. When his team arrived they were really efficient, really lovely and all round good chaps. We’re really happy with the work they’ve done. Will happily book Back to Bases again and will be recommending to friends. Cheers Tony & team!

Jul 19,2024The gardeners had to work in awful conditions, pouring rain and driving winds. They did everything that they could to minimise the spread of mud through the house. I really appreciated the attention to detail, the hard work and the finished product. I would highly recommend Backtobases for any garden work required.

Very respectful of our property, and worked hard to give a great looking sturdy fence , they had some issues with the ground to overcome which they did very well Cleared up on completion and took the old fence away. May 06,2024I contacted Darren at Back to Bases to discuss getting a concrete base installed into my back garden following my purchase of a garden cabin from Titan Garden Buildings. Whilst knowing that I needed a concrete foundation and base built, I had no idea of what specifics were needed as this was completely new to me. Having a quick phone call with Darren was really helpful to put my mind at ease about the works needed. He offered to provide me a few quotes - which were really clear, yet detailed and itemised about the different packages he could offer depending on my budget and preferences - following me sending a quick 2 min video via WhatsApp that showed Darren and his team the entrance to my property and garden as well as the space his team would have to work with. Within 24-hours of me sending the video, Darren had sent across 4 quotes for different elements of work, which included his recomendations on what would be most suitable based on his experience and my needs (which wasn’t the most expensive option) From order to completion was a 3-week timeframe. The actual works were completed within 4/5 hours on the day of arrival and the ground staff were great, ensuring all mess was cleared up from the build and leaving a really clean finished base ready for my new cabin to be delivered and installed in June. Would highly recommend

Tony and his team are personable and friendly and for me, most importantly, really good at communicating. Tony sent me pictures all the way through the job when I couldn’t be onsite. This was very powerful because he kept me in the loop. The job was finished on time - it was a good job, well done. We will be using Backtobases again. :-)

Arrived on the agreed date, very thorough in preparing the job, ground protection sheets etc and then very hard working to lay the base. Cleaned up at the end the job and your would not know they had been! On top that a great and pleasant team carrying out the work!
