The workmen drove all the way from Essex to Surrey and arrived when they said they would, wasted no time and carried out the work carefully and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Apr 13,2024Back to bases gave us a clear and broken down quote for our job quickly. Tony was great to deal with while I dithered between different quotes. We chose this team as they were clearly the most professional and had a lot of good reviews. They arrived on time, did a great job with high quality materials and the standard of work was great and they were quick! Once the work was done, they cleared up completely and removed all the waste, including some large concrete lumps they dug up. Would totally recommend Back to Bases and would definitely use them again.

Feb 06,2024Had a large shed base built, new fencing and a french drain made. Dealing with the project manager Tony was a pleasure: very professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he suggested some very good ideas. I’m pleased with the quality of the finished work and feel that the price I paid was very fair. All the staff were very respectful and experienced. I would highly recommend Tony and his company and would happily go to them again should the situation arises, which may as I understand they undertake a large variety of work.

Feb 03,2024I had Tyler arrive to repair a small brick wall. However there was a problem with stone cladding on my neighbours side of the wall. In the end we couldn’t go ahead with the work. Tyler and Tony in the office were great. I was very stressed out with the situation, Tyler was very understanding and did not pressure me at all to carry on with the work. Neither Tyler or Tony would take even a token payment to cover diesel or lost time. Would defo recommend.

Feb 02,2024Great communication throughout and also advice from back to bases. We needed a new decking, with extra support for a shed, and also a service hatch built in for a drain. Friendly and experienced carpenters completed the job. Competitive pricing and great service. Work looks great.

Feb 01,2024What can I say, these guys are the real deal. Due to various weather issues, my base was postponed numerous times and there was an issue with the concrete delivery, however Darren at Back To Bases sorted this out promptly and communication was brilliant. The 3 lads turned up early doors and cracked on straight away. All in all, the job was done well with no dissruption. Any negatives? Not really no, id be picking from the bottom of the barrell. I'd maybe recommend putting down boards or something to protect the grass...my garden is clay based and its like a mud pit now where the feet and wheel barrow traffic were. The clean up was at best rushed, will need to go over the drive way again with a jet wash to clear the concrete powder and sand. Like i said, very happy with the company, workmanship and the guys that did the work were friendly. Improvements can be had around being careful with lawns in winter and tidying up a little better ;-)

Jan 26,2024From start to finish, the work carried out by Back to Bases has been carried out very efficiently. Tony came round the day after I contacted him and the quote arrived the following day. Due to bad weather we had to cancel the work starting (obviously out of their hands) a couple of times. My front garden wall had been hit by a car and once the team were able to start, the work was completed quickly and efficiently and I am really pleased with the result and would definately recommend Back to Bases.

Jan 24,2024Back to Bases built a great base for my shed. They fitted me in at short notice, did the job in a day and stuck to their original quote. The team were friendly, considerate and put boards down in the garden to protect the grass. Also did a great job of tidying up once they had finished. Communication was good and they kept me informed at every stage. I would highly recommend.

Electrics to complete tomorrow but I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for all your help and I’ll certainly use you again in the future.
