Collected our Brand New ADAMO 69/4 Motorhome 22/07/23 and when we went to familiarise myself with it I found that the Drop Down Bed was faulty and that the Fresh and Waste water tank calibration indicators were not functioning correctly. Returned it to the dealer for repair but they could not sort it in time for a planned trip so had it take it with the faults. On our return returned it to the dealers and we still do not have it back. Bought from a UK Company but wish we hadn't now! We are extremely disappointed that after spending nearly £80,000 on a motorhome and extras it doesn't work and is sat at the dealers awaiting a repair! This has totally spoilt our motorhome experience and dampened our spirits. Goodness knows how it will perform over time, beginning to regret our purchase already. Baileys need to rectify these faults quickly and reimburse us for the inconveniences caused - Loss of use/time/fuel. A very unhappy & disappointed customer!

Bought my 1st ever MH Bailey Auotgraph 79-4T new from Campbell’s caravan, what a mistake, it didn’t come with LED driving lights specifically mentioned in the brochure, the shower floor pan had been changed for a cheap thin fragile bit if plastic, some mouldings were sagging down as double sided tape been used to fasten them, water pump didn’t work, the Peugeot engine had a replace oil fault on it after 15miles it also had 3 recalls on it which I had to take to a not so local Peugeot dealer. Some catches didn’t work & Campbell’s said it was the hinges ?? I bought catches myself & fixed them, there lots more but the whole build quality is shockingly poor & thrown together, no pride or care taken just get it out through the door. For £70+k I’m absolutely disgusted the way Bailey & Campbell’s have treated their customer they just don’t care once they’ve got your money, after care service is something alien to them. Never buying a Bailey again they should be visited by trading standards.

When our 79-4i needed warranty repairs I was definitely worried about the service we would receive. I had read lots & lots of negative posts on social media. There was absolutely NO need to worry. Diane @ Prima customer services was amazing! She was easy to talk to, definitely knew her stuff and knew straight away from my description of the fault what parts we needed. She even found us an approved repair centre nearer to our home. Within weeks parts arrived and we were booked in for the repair. Thank you Diane 😊

BAILEY They have cut pieces of floor out and dried out and used de humidifiers instead of doing it right 16 week seriously dealing with the ladies at bailey fine cheryl One of the guys has been so unhelpful from day one My state of stress at this time is through the roof. Why was this not checked before it left bailey i repeatedly asked for a full damp report from bailey when it arrived back at the retailers bailey have ignored this now i know why

81-6, new, Purchased at NEC through Campbells, Delivered 31/05/23. It's now less than 1,000 miles on the clock. First rain shower revealed rear roof sunlight might be leaking (or did I spill a few drops of water by accident - unsure).. Turns out, when it rained heavily, the water would almost pour in between the sunlight and the roof. So, it's less than 8 weeks old when I reported the fault. Turns out the smaller of the 3 roof sunlight was completely unsealed at the front. Surprised it was not picked up by the dealer (Campbells) as it was sat in their yard for several weeks waiting to get its registration plates. Who knows how much ingress has occurred.? Several other minor niggles, poor finish in quite a few places, Love the vehicle layout but I must say that we are really unimpressed with Baileys the level of care and finish Baileys put into their flagship.

We have a 2021 Cabrera Black edition the internal roof structure fell on my wife it’s held on by sticky velcro (not that sticky ) fortunately did not cause injury but hit her on the head . It contained the roof blinds the internal lights and a large piece of plastic as yet no no response from Bailey 6 days The dealer said they would raise a warranty claim as yet no feedback Poor build quality it was delivered with one fridge shelf ! The cushions have lost their elasticity but Bailey said the caravan is over two years old so they will not replace (this was the caravans 2nd service ) The CEO does not acknowledge emails and certainly doesn’t respond .This shows the leadership and care This is my 3rd Bailey and certainly the worst I’m sure Bailey don’t particularly care but fingers crossed they sort

Would give this company zero stars if I could. Aftercare non existent. Their build quality is disgraceful and unfortunately once they have your money your problems are of no concern to them. Everything and everyone else get blamed for delays in parts coming in, yet they can still produce new Caravans and motorhomes though.

Do not buy anything from Bailey of Bristol. Aftersales non existent. Constantly chasing for updates on warranty repairs with no response from Aftersales Director. Workmanship poor quality, This company should wear masks, cloaks and ride horses...

The A frame cover for my Phoenix + was advertised without any measurements, so Jason ( I think it was his name ) went to the warehouse to get the measurements for me. It was bigger than my present one. It fits a treat. Thank you.

Had 2 bailey caravans over the last 10 years and despite a small number of issues with both, I have always found bailey easy to contact and good overall customer service whereby they will try and help to the best of their ability. Can’t ask for much more.

Chantelle exceeded my expectations by getting my issue sorted in a remarkable timescale. The part I have been waiting for has been outstanding from my new purchase over a year ago. I do think that Bailey have let their customers down by these issues.

Excellent after sales support. Called to get hold of a manual for our used Bailey caravan, and was emailed the document within 5 minutes.

Really pleased with our new Bailey Pegasus Grande SE Rimini. Already owning a Bailey caravan, we knew we liked the make etc. We did most of our research online, then visited a few dealerships to look at other makes, before deciding on Bailey, then just filtered it down to the model.

We took delivery of a new bailey adamo 60-4 in June . On the whole the vehicle functioned well but had numerous small faults mainly due to poor quality control. It has been back to the dealer to have them rectified. Most could have been avoided if a little more care and attention was taken during manufacture. Please Bailey try harder and don't expect your dealers to sort out your factory mistakes
